Impact properties of natural fibre composites

TL;DR: Proprietes mecaniques, resistance aux chocs and rupture de polyester renforce de fibres de sisal, ananas, banane et coco as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Impact properties of sisal-glass hybrid laminates

TL;DR: Work of fracture of sisal-glass hybrid laminates, especially glass core, has been studied using flat charpy test in this article, where the glass core is shifted from the midline towards the tensile side of the laminate with respect to impact.
Journal ArticleDOI

Liquid-Liquid Extraction Processes for the Separation and Purification of Rare Earths

TL;DR: A review of the literature on liquid-liquid extraction processes for the separation and purification of rare earths is presented in this paper, where computer simulation programs are used for the design and optimization of processes.
Journal ArticleDOI

FTIR as a tool to study high-temperature phase formation in sol-gel aluminium titanate

TL;DR: In this paper, a FTIR spectrum was used to study the formation characteristics of aluminium titanate precursor gel under the influence of temperature, and it was found that both octahedral and tetrahedral Al-O coordinations are present up to 800{degrees}C.
