Electronic effects in the cyclopentadienyl ring. The 13C NMR spectraof monosubstituted ferrocenes

TL;DR: In this article, the chemical shifts of C(2,5) and C(3,4) carbons in the 13C NMR spectra of monosubstituted ferrocenes have been assigned using deuterium labelling.
Journal ArticleDOI

The 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance and IR adsorption spectra of substituted polymethylferrocenes

TL;DR: In this paper, the abnormal shifts observed of the 13 C signals from the adjacent methyl groups are discussed in terms of spatial interactions between these groups, which cause charge redistribution in the vicinity of 13 C nuclei.
Journal ArticleDOI

Organoboron compounds: CDIV. A hydride transfer reacton in the series of ate complexes of 7-substituted 3-alkyl-3-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes and 3-alkyl-3-borabicyclo[3.3.1]non-6-enes

TL;DR: In this article, a β-hydride transfer mechanism was used to transfer 3-methylenecyclohex-1-ylmethyl(dialkyl)boranes to 3-substituted 1-methylene-5-hydroxymethylcyclohexanes.
Journal ArticleDOI

NMR studies of mononuclear (CH3)nCpM(CO)3−Na+ and dimeric [(CH3)nCpM(CO)2]2 complexes

TL;DR: In this paper, the 1H, 13C and 17O NMR spectra of the mononuclear (CH3)nCpM(CO)3 −Na+ (Cp  C5H5−n; n = 0, 1, 3, 3-5; M ǫ Cr, Mo, W) complexes indicate that the data for CO groups in the two complexes obey the triad effect and tend to shift downfield with growth of n.
Journal ArticleDOI

The synthesis of the zero-valent nickel complexes via di-π-allylnickel

TL;DR: In this article, a new route to zero-valent nickel complexes, (cycloocta-1,5-diene)duroquinonenickel, (endometrized-dicyclopentadiene), duroquinone and bis(tetracyclone)nickel, was described.
