Studies on the preparation and ethanol gas sensing properties of spinel Zn0.6Mn0.4Fe2O4 nanomaterials

TL;DR: In this article, the structural and gas sensing properties of synthesized nanomaterials were studied by X-ray diffraction measurement (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) and the results revealed that the particle size is in the range of 30-35nm for Mn-Zn ferrite with good crystallinity.

Gas sensing properties of cuo modified zinc stannate nanomaterial prepared by sol – gel method

TL;DR: In this paper, the performance of zinc tin oxide (ZTO) has been evaluated by means of x-ray powder diffraction, which reveals that material exhibit excellent sensitivity and selectivity toward carbon monoxide gas at 1800C proving their applicability in gas sensors.
