The role of strategic human resource management (SHRM) impacting employee's performance through perceived organisational support in a manpower agency of international airlines at Chennai International Airport, Tamil Nadu, India - an empirical study

TL;DR: In this paper, a study was conducted for 100 customer service agents of a manpower agency at Chennai International Airport and the study found that irrespective of designation, only 38 employees were willing to continue for one to two years in the company and 42 employees are willing to stay in the organisation for two to seven years.

TL;DR: In this paper, an empirical study was done to find the influence of emotional intelligence on work life balance for better satisfaction and performance, and it was proved that there is a negative correlation between age and ability to recognise emotions, ability to pursue goals in the face of rejection and the ability to deal with criticism.
