Journal ArticleDOI
Fluoride and arsenic exposure through water and grain crops in Nagarparkar, Pakistan.
Kapil Dev Brahman,Tasneem Gul Kazi,Jameel Ahmed Baig,Hassan Imran Afridi,Abdullah Khan,Sadaf Sadia Arain,Muhammad Balal Arain +6 more
TL;DR: It was found that all understudy age groups were at the severe risk of arsenicosis and fluorosis, but the severity is higher in younger age group (7-15 years) as compared to elder groups (p<0.05).
Journal ArticleDOI
Electron doping effect on structural and magnetic phase transitions in Sr2−xNdxFeMoO6 double perovskites
TL;DR: Rietveld analysis of the temperature-dependent NPD data shows that the compounds (x=0.0, 0.1, 0., 0.2) crystallize in the tetragonal symmetry in the range 10-400 K and convert to cubic symmetry above 450 K as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Study of ion–solvent interactions and activation energy of LiBr in DMSO, H2O and DMSO–H2O mixtures at various temperatures
TL;DR: In this paper, the Jones-Dole B coefficients of the electrolyte Lithium bromide (LiBr), reference salts tetra butyl ammonium tetra phenyl borate (BU4NBPh4), and potassium chloride (KCl) in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO), water, and DMSO-water mixtures were obtained at different temperatures range from 25 to 45
Journal ArticleDOI
Design and Synthesis of Novel Triazolyl Benzoxazine Derivatives and Evaluation of Their Antiproliferative and Antibacterial Activity
TL;DR: A series of novel triazolyl benzoxazine derivatives synthesized via Cu(I)-catalyzed ‘Click’ cycloaddition were evaluated for their antibacterial potential against two bacterial strains Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Spin-glass transition in a La-doped Sr2MnWO6 double perovskite
TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that polycrystalline Sr2-xLaxMnWO6 (x=0.25 and 0.5) materials have been prepared by a traditional solid state sintering method and studied by neutron powder diffraction (NPD) and magnetization measurements.
