Abstract This study aims to describe the perspective of mathematics teachers in overcoming the learning difficulties of elementary school students, how the factors that cause learning difficulties and the solutions offered related to the difficulties faced by teachers in the learning process in elementary schools. This study utilizes a qualitative approach, while the type of research used is descriptive. The research subject is the fourth-grade elementary school teacher. The data collection in this research are structured interviews and documentation. The findings of the study indicate that there are many perspectives of teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties which include: 1. The presence of internal factors and external factors to the causes of student learning difficulties; 2. There are difficulties that are often encountered by mathematics teachers in learning; 3. The teacher's strategy in overcoming student learning difficulties. The solution offered in overcoming difficulties in the mathematics learning process is to do 6M, namely; 1). Collaborating with parents so that they can support, guide, and direct students in learning. 2). Ensure student readiness and focus for learning. 3). Provide learning motivation to students both from the teacher and the family environment. 4). Using interesting strategies and media. 5). Provide space for exploration. 6). Give questions or tests to the student's ability

In order to active the education industry and make a contribution for the higher education field, private higher education becomes a backbone force in Chinese society. Based on the report of Ministry of Education in 2017 mentioned that the biggest problem with private higher education is that the weak and unstable academic staffs which lead to low job performance. In addition to policies and management, how to further improve the quality and performance of academicians is also an essential issue eager to be solved in private education institutions. Therefore, how to construct qualified personnel is one of the fundamental problems in the survival and development of private colleges and universities. The performance and quality of the academic staffs largely determines the quality of private colleges and universities. Leadership style was regarded as an importance role affect organizational commitment and organizational performance. This study intends to find out the mediating effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between leadership style and job performance by using the survey data from academicians of top ten Chinese private universities.

The Mediating Effect of Organizational Commitment on Leadership Type and Job Performance

Di antara berbagai instant messaging yang kini ada, LINE merupakan salah satu instant messaging  yang menarik untuk diteliti dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan pengguna dan keunggulannya dibanding WhatsApp dan Blackberry. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefulness  dan perceived  ease  of  use  terhadap  behavioral  intention  pada  pengguna instant messaging LINE di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data deskriptif dan kausal, responden yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 400 pengguna instant messaging LINE di Indonesia dengan teknik sampling insidental. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perceived usefulness berada pada posisi angka 75,81% dengan kategori tinggi, perceived ease of use berada pada posisi angka 81,43% dengan kategori tinggi, behavioral intention berada pada posisi 79,52% dengan kategori tinggi, perceived usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention sebesar 18,83%, perveived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention sebesar 36,84% serta perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral inteniton sebesar 55,7%.

Pengaruh perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use terhadap behavioral intention dengan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) pada pengguna Instant Messaging LINE di Indonesia

The existence of the internet starts to shifting the purchase as a conventional to online. One of marketing strategies used by online store is viral marketing.The purpose of this study is to find determinant that forms viral marketing based on perceived customers in top brand online store such as lazada.com, olx.com, tokopedia.com, zalora.com, blibli.com, and bhinneka.com. The Research methodology used is the quantitative method with descriptive analysis using factor analysis by a population as 3.271.147 people and the number of sample uses Slovin formulas with confidency level at 95 % obtained as 400 respondents. Based on the result of research, there are twelve factors formed a new factor called viral marketing online store. Based on its priority, those dimensions of viral marketing online store can be sorted as follows: customer recommendation, newsletter, linking strategies, communities, free offer, sweepstakes, list of prospective buyers, chatrooms, reference list, product texts, affiliate programs, dan search engine.

Viral Marketing Determinants of Top Online Shop Brands in Indonesia

\nPurpose\nThis paper aims to investigate the purchase intention of halal food products in Spain, from the perspective of Muslim students.\n\n\nDesign/methodology/approach\nData were collected from 500 Muslim students living in Spain. Variance-based structural equation modelling was applied to evaluate the association between halal credence, attitude towards halal, need for cognition and purchase intention.\n\n\nFindings\nThis study reveals that the need for cognition does not act as a moderating variable, while halal credence factor is an important factor affecting attitude towards halal and purchase intention.\n\n\nPractical implications\nThis study provides an additional study on the topic of halal consumer behaviour, especially by showing an empirical result from Spain.\n\n\nOriginality/value\nThis study is the first attempt to incorporate the need for cognition into the relationship between halal credence, attitude towards halal and purchase intention (traditional theory of planned behaviour model).\n

Halal food purchase intention of Muslim students in Spain: testing the moderating effect of need-for-cognition

Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) is an important cause of mortality in burn injury. Pediatric Organ Logistic Dysfunction (PELOD)-2 score as a descriptive scoring system for organ dysfunction has been highly predictive of mortality in children with suspected infection, but its usefulness for burn patients is unknown. All pediatric burn patients hospitalized in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (CMH) in Jakarta, Indonesia, from January 2012 to January 2017 were studied. Gender, age, nutritional status, burn characteristics, total body surface area burned (%TBSA), depth of burn, inhalation injury, time interval to resuscitation and surgery, day one ABSI and PELOD-2 score, and mortality as outcome were recorded. Bivariate and multivariate analysis logistic regressions were done to generate a mortality prediction model. Mortality rate among subjects was 20.3%. Bivariate analysis showed that extensive %TBSA, depth of burn, presence of inhalation injury, PELOD-2 score and ABSI score in pediatric burn patients were significantly associated with mortality (p<0.001). In multivariate analysis, only PELOD-2 score was independently associated with mortality. PELOD-2 score mortality prediction rate was far lower than actual mortality. Mortality rate by the new model was close to the actual mortality rate. Our new combined model could be used to calculate probability of death based on day 1 PELOD-2 score in pediatric burn patients.
