Journal ArticleDOI

One-pot synthesis of magnetite nanorods/graphene composites and its catalytic activity toward electrochemical detection of dopamine.

TL;DR: The constructed rGO/Fe3O4/GCE sensor exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the electrooxidation of dopamine (DA) with a quick response time of 6s, a wide linear range between 0.01 and 100, high sensitivity and practical applicability in the quantification of DA in urine samples with an excellent recovery rate.
Journal ArticleDOI

One-pot green synthesis of reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/Fe3O4 nanocomposites and its catalytic activity toward methylene blue dye degradation

TL;DR: The reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/Fe3O4 nanocomposites were synthesized through a facile one-pot green synthesis by using solanum trilobatum extract as a reducing agent to study the catalytic efficiency of prepared nanostructures toward methylene blue (MB) dye degradation mediated through the electron transfer process of BH4(-) ions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Sulfonated graphene oxide/Nafion composite membranes for high temperature and low humidity proton exchange membrane fuel cells

TL;DR: In this article, Nafion/Fe3O4-SGO composite membranes were applied as potential proton exchange membranes in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) operated at high temperature and low humidity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nitrogen-doped graphene encapsulated FeCoMoS nanoparticles as advanced trifunctional catalyst for water splitting devices and zinc–air batteries

TL;DR: In this article, a novel strategy is demonstrated for the rational design of hierarchical iron cobalt molybdenum sulfide nanoflower encapsulated in nitrogen doped graphene (FeCoMoS@NG) through a facile, cost-effective, and single-step in-situ hydrothermal process.
Journal ArticleDOI

Sulfonated-fluorinated copolymer blending membranes containing SPEEK for use as the electrolyte in polymer electrolyte fuel cells (PEFC)

TL;DR: In this article, a sulfonated-fluorinated, hydrophilic-hydrophobic copolymer was designed and subsequently synthesized using typical nucleophilic aromatic polycondensation.
