Abstract: The purpose: The purpose of this study was to find the impact of organizational commitment and Job satisfaction on nurses’ job performance. Methodology: The study conducted at the hospital of Ibn al-Athir and employed a quantitative method by structured questionnaires to collect the data. 200 questionnaires were distributed randomly and only 108 valid surveys likewise; the valid questionnaires have been analyzed by SPSS to exam the impact of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on job performance. Findings: the results indicated there is a positive and significant impact of Job satisfaction on nurses' performance. However, the three components of organizational commitment, Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, and Normative Commitment have a positive and significant impact on nurse's performance. The findings of this research indicate that employees ' job satisfaction and organizational commitment components play a critical role in nurses' performance. Implications: of this study to enrich the body of literature in the context of Iraq, which is suffering from a lack of studies related to nurses' performance. Novelty: the study provided useful and valuable recommendations to hospitals to increase nurse performance in the context of Iraq.

Abstract: -Leadership style (LS) has not been effectively examined in educational institution in developing countries. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of LS on academic staff performance (ASP) in Iraq. Based on the review, the study proposed that LS and its components; transformational leadership (TFL) and transactional leadership (TSL) will affect ASP. In addition, the study proposed job satisfaction (JS) as a mediator between LS, TFL, TSL, and ASP. Methodology The population of this study is the Iraqi academic staff in Baghdad. A stratified sampling technique was deployed to collect 297 responses from nine universities in Baghdad. The findings showed that LS, TFL and TSL have significant effect on ASP. JS mediated partially the effect of LS, TFL and TSL on ASP. Decision makers are advised to implement the TFL and increase the JS among academic staff.

Abstract: Purpose of the study: This study aims to apply organizational commitment and job satisfaction as an indicator to stimulate organizational citizenship behaviours Methodology: The data collected by a questionnaire survey conducted among a group of hotel employees in Baghdad, Iraq The 200 questionnaires distributed, the researchers received 149,were valid responses The data were analyzed by AMOS software after ensuring validity, Reliability, and model fit Main Findings:The results revealed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction play a positive and influential role in changing the organizational citizenship behaviours among hotel employees Also, organizational commitment has a stronger impact on improving the behaviour of employees than job satisfaction Research limitations/implications: The study contributes to human resource managers as it reveals the influential role affirms commitment and job satisfaction on altering staff behaviours towards organizational citizenship Therefore, it is understood that more variables need to be considered,such as psychological contract and employees' empowerment Novelty/Originality of this study: The finding can fill the gap in the literature related to this article in the Iraqi setting, where studies about organizational citizenship is not existing in this context

Abstract: Purpose of this research to identify the factors that affect to job satisfaction among academic staff in two private universities. Method: The sample was conducted in two private universities Cihan\Erbil University and Knowledge University. Data collected from 189 responded full time lecturers of having at least three years working experience in their current position. Analyzed using descriptive analysis Reliability test and Pearson Correlation and regression test the relationship between variables. Finding: Indicated that there was a positive relationship between Job security, Financial Rewards, Empowerment and job satisfaction therefore supported the hypothesis, job security found the highest factor effect on job satisfaction during this research, financial rewards second highest effect on job satisfaction. Universities should take into account that academic staff plays an important roles, however university should provide a good environment and work conditions at universities to let the academic staff loyal and satisfy that will led to universities success.

Abstract: Developing countries have established promising e-Government initiatives with the objectives of enhancing the accessibility of government services and information for their citizens. Purpose: This research attempts to explore and investigate the key challenges and Issues that facing e government adoption and the factors influencing citizen in Iraq. Methodology: The research depended on qualitative approach, the participants comprised undergraduate and postgraduate students at Baghdad university because university students are amongst the adult population for whom the Internet has become part of their daily routine. population of 369, Potential participants for the focus groups were identified from the questionnaire survey. Finding: The findings show that Trust and Awareness significant and direct relationship with adoption of e-government in Iraq. Corruption was found to have significant and negative relationship with the adoption of e- government.

Abstract: The paper aims to investigate the influencing of marketing mix (MM) elements (product, price, place or distribution, and promotion) on increasing the effectiveness of product promotion and their role to reduce the problems within the organization. The main important aspects of this paper are to discuss the theoretical part of MM, to provide some perspectives for the researchers, and to give some instructions for the marketing department in Al-Saaeda Company for medical equipment technologies. The researchers used the main related academic resources from the university library, and internet and they designed and distributed questionnaires on a random sample of Al-Saaeda Company for Medical Equipment Technologies customers and the company employees to measure the impact of promotion on the marketing of its product (Glucocard 01-mini plus). The main findings of this paper can be concluded as follows: 1. The promotion has a very high level of impact to increase the sales of products. 2. The good distribution of the product can affect positively on customer satisfaction. 3. The company's policy for promoting has a very good reflection on increasing the sales of products. The researchers recommended that the company must strengthen the level of promotions in its activities and departments, and the increase of sales points is very important, so the company must enhance its policies of distribution.
