TL;DR: In this paper, the correspondences entre contenidos curriculares relacionados with el patrimonio and their presence in the formación de maestros in Espana are analyzed.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigate the perceptions and experiences of future history and social science teachers, and find that teachers in initial training value highly or very highly the use of cultural heritage in secondary education to promote active methodologies, critical teaching of history, and the development of historical skills.
Abstract: Research on heritage education has progressed remarkably and a large number of studies point to a greater presence of active methodologies and the use of resources and primary sources in the classroom. At this point it seems important to investigate the perceptions and experiences of future history and social science teachers. Thus, this paper studies the value that 506 Spanish and English teachers in initial training place on heritage and its presence in the teaching-learning process of history, as well as their views on the existing connections between methodological perceptions and the use of cultural heritage in the classroom. It is a non-experimental descriptive and quantitative study with data collected through questionnaire. This questionnaire was built ad hoc to analyze the opinions and perceptions of teachers in initial training about history education in Secondary Education. The results show that teachers in initial training value highly or very highly the use of cultural heritage in Secondary Education to promote active methodologies, the critical teaching of history, and the development of historical skills. Teachers in training in Spain value more highly the use of heritage than English teachers. While English teachers in training value more highly the resolution of problems through historical documentary sources, Spanish teachers rate the emotional and motivational aspects higher.

TL;DR: Agarwal et al. as mentioned in this paper present a listado de ocho app s, i.e., apps that use Realidad Aumentada (RA) en Español, and evaluate their caracteristicas, including informativas y comunicativas, tecnicas, and procesos de aprendizaje.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyzed the potential for the development of the digital competence of the Spanish apps which subject is the cultural heritage using the OEPE method, integrating an ad hoc tool for the analysis of these applications.
Abstract: The following article analyses the potential for the development of the Digital Competence of the Spanish apps which subject is the cultural heritage. To carry out this study the OEPE method has been used, integrating an ad hoc tool for the analysis of these applications. For the theoretical framework, it has been taken into account the variables and standards proposed by DigComp’s project done by the European Union and those criteria have been extrapolated to our tool’s dimensions. The sample consisted of 88 apps selected from the adaptation of OEPE’s inclusion/exclusion filters for heritage theme apps. The results show a low impulse in the most complex skills for the development of the Digital Competence, being the area of the information treatment the most enriching and the creation of content the least worked

TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe the development of DCGAN, the neural network used in the Infinite Skulls exhibition in 2019, as well as its creation process and its ability to identify elements of creativity and neural network technique.
EnglishThis article uses the exhibition “Infinite Skulls”, which happened in Paris in the beginning of 2019, as a starting point to discuss art created by artificial intelligence and, by extension, unique pieces of art generated by algorithms. We detail the development of DCGAN, the deep learning neural network used in the show, from its cybernetics origin. The show and its creation process are described, identifying elements of creativity and technique, as well as question of the authorship of works. Then it frames these works in the context of generative art, pointing affinities and differences, and the issues of representing through procedures and abstractions. It describes the major breakthrough of neural network for technical images as the ability to represent categories through an abstraction, rather than images themselves. Finally, it tries to understand neural networks more as a tool for artists than an autonomous art creator.

TL;DR: The main conclusion is that the bibliography is extensive, and this shows the interest that these themes generate within the scientific field, and shows the wide range of possibilities of application of these technologies, both in formal and non-formal contexts, as well as informal experiences.
