Abstract: Financing school education is one of the issues faced by many countries, this is related to inclusive education, namely education for all people. This article was written to review three financial journals in schools, the evaluation of this article aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses contained in these three articles. The results of the three journals show that there must be an active role for the government in implementing loan schemes for students and support to schools so that the number of education participation can increase significantly.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital, Conservatism, and Real Earning Management on Future Stock Returns and their Implications on Stock Returns on Mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013 - 2018. This type of research is quantitative research in which this research is done by explaining the results of data from the calculation of numbers that are calculated and analyzed. The analysis used in this research is regression analysis, where regression analysis estimates the magnitude of the coefficients resulting from a linear equation involving one independent variable to be used as a predictor of the value of the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that Intellectual capital has a significant effect on future stock returns, Conservatism has a significant effect on future stock returns, Earning management has a significant effect on future stock returns, Simultaneous results Intellectual capital, conservatism, earning management simultaneously have an effect on future stock returns, Implications future stock return on stock returns. These findings indicate that in sample companies, future stock returns on stock returns have no implications

Abstract: ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menciptakan, merancang dan membuat desain formulasi bisnis strategik dengan menggunakan pendekatan elemen Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan kerangka Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS) sehingga dapat di implementasikan secara tepat pada Koperasi Asperindo. Metode yang digunakan yaitu teknik pengumpulan dilakukan dengan teknik trianggulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif. Hasil analisis redesain BMC Koperasi Asperindo didapat 5 komponen yang harus dioptimalisasi diantaranya : Value Propotions. Customer Relations Channels, Key Resource dan Key Partners. Setelah itu mengintegrasikan BMC dengan perancangan kinerja Koperasi Asperindo dengan metode IPMS Framework. Sistem manajemen kinerja dibuat agar sesuai dengan visi, misi dan strategi koperasi. Karena itu, Analisis SWOT dan BMC serta peta strategi digunakan untuk mendapatkan kinerja variabel yang sesuai untuk keberhasilan usaha Koperasi Asperindo. hasil perancangan pengukuran kinerja koperasi dihasilkan 31 sasaran strategis (KPI Koperasi Asperindo). Hasil tersebut merupakan terjemahan dari 9 elemen Building BMC redesain koperasi. Dalam membuat skema penerapan IPMS terdapat lima langkah utama, yaitu: mengembangkan strategi, merencanakan strategi, menyelaraskan organisasi, implementasi, & monitoring dan pembelajaran. Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan pemberian kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Puskesmas Wilayah Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 36,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,371 > 1,985). Pemberian kesejahteraan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 42,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,496 > 1,985). Kedisiplinan dan pemberian kesejahteraan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 5,187 + 0,276X1 + 0,401X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 51,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (50,506 > 2,700).

Abstract: A go public companies get their source of founding from shares selling at stock market. Therefore, manager always tries to give finance information that shows the maximum profit so the company’s value could get higher. This condition will motivate manager to do earnings management. One of way that could be used to restrict earnings management is corporate governance. The purpose of this research is to see if the corporate governance could give effect to the relation between earning management and company’s value. The object of this research is a go public banking companies that listed on the Stock Exchange in 2007-2010. Data analysis techniques that used on this research is multiple linear regressions. The result of this research is showing that managerial ownership doesn’t make effect the relation between earnings management and company’s value. On the other hand, institutional ownership, audit quality and independent commissioner make a significant effect to the relation between earnings management and company’s value.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality toward school performance. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 200 teachers at school in Banten. The results of data analysis show e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality significantly influence school performance. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality variables on school performance.
