TL;DR: Data collected demonstrate that there is a strong association between GBA mutations and Parkinson's disease, and those with a GBA mutation presented earlier with the disease, were more likely to have affected relatives, and were morelikely to have atypical clinical manifestations.

TL;DR: Deep brain stimulation was more effective than best medical therapy in improving on time without troubling dyskinesias, motor function, and quality of life at 6 months, but was associated with an increased risk of serious adverse events.

Risk of ischaemic stroke in people with migraine: systematic review and meta-analysis of observational studies
