TL;DR: In this paper, a conceptual model was developed based on the Expectation-Confirmation Model of Information System Continuance and the Information System Success Model for e-learning in primary schools.
Abstract: Recently having increased every year, in 2017, e-learning’s worldwide average growth rate was 7.9% with a worldwide market of USD 52.5 billion. Holding all nations’ eighth highest e-learning growth rate, Indonesia had a market of USD 12.2 billion, with a growth rate of 25% in 2017. Obviously, Indonesia has great potential to develop a greater, even more prospective e-learning business. In fact, the Republic of Indonesia’s Minister of Education and Culture plans to make e-learning permanent by changing traditional into hybrid learning, including at the primary school level. Consequently, this study recommended strategies for increasing “continuance intention” for e-learning in primary schools. A conceptual model was developed based on the Expectation-Confirmation Model of Information System Continuance and the Information System Success Model. The study’s model development involved 195 teacher-respondents and used the partial least squares structural equation modeling for data analysis. Four of 11 hypotheses were rejected because they did not meet the requirements, but based on other results, 10 strategic recommendations were submitted to and assessed by several experts who used the integrated method of Importance-Performance Analysis and Kano to select four strategies selected as improvement priorities and three as keep-up-the-good-work priorities.

TL;DR: In this paper, the combination of flute attributes that is most preferable to consumers and to make recommendations about new attributes desired by consumers was found. But the authors did not consider the performance of the new attributes.
Abstract: A flute manufacturer in Indonesia has difficulties in finding the most favorable flute model. The purpose of this study is to find: 1) the combination of flute attributes that is most preferable to consumers and 2) to make recommendations about new attributes desired by consumers. This study was organized in two steps: a preliminary questionnaire aimed to identify flute attributes most considered by consumers; and secondary questionnaire where conjoint analysis was applied to determine the relative importance of flute attributes. 120 flutists living in Jakarta were asked about their preferences with different attributes combination using 5-point Likert scale. Results of this study indicate that the consumers want silver head joint, silver main body, silver flute joint, split E mechanism included, open hole, offset G, B foot joint, Included B to C# trill and not included G A trill and consumers expected B to C# trill for the new innovation.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors identify SME's NPD research topics, the characteristics of the NPD process in SMEs, and important aspects to be considered for NPD processes design.
Abstract: New product development (NPD) is essential for large, as well as small and medium, enterprises (SMEs). Despite its importance for the economy, challenges remain in the NPD in SMEs. Product success is related with the NPD process, so it is important for SMEs to be able to design their NPD process. This paper aims to identify SME’s NPD research topics, the characteristics of the NPD process in SMEs, and important aspects to be considered for NPD process design. The literature review is done with the analysis of 99 selected academic articles from Scopus and ScienceDirect. Content analysis, bibliographic analysis, and clustering method (based on Pearson’s correlation coefficient) are used to conduct the identification. Less-formal processes, informal strategic planning, limited resources, need technology support, and lack of capabilities in certain fields are some of the characteristics of SME’s NPD. Collaborative product development, competitive advantage, information and communication technology (ICT), concurrent engineering, quality function deployment, and continuous improvement are important keywords based on previous research in SME’s NPD. Design activities in NPD, collaboration and source of innovation, and process modelling, tools, and techniques appear to be important aspects related with the SME’s NPD process.

TL;DR: This research aims to analyze the e-government mobile application usability with usability testing method by using the approach of performance metrics, retrospective think aloud protocol (RTA), self-reported metrics through a SUS questionnaire (SUS) and Questionnaire of User Interface Satisfaction (QUIS).
Abstract: Along with the development of technology and internet, there are several cities in Indonesia that are being transformed into smart city and one of them is Kota Bekasi. In the process towards implementing the smart city, Kota Bekasi government launched a mobile application to facilitate the public in accessing public service information in order to achieve smart governance. This research aims to analyze the e-government mobile application usability with usability testing method by using the approach of performance metrics, retrospective think aloud protocol (RTA), self-reported metrics through a SUS questionnaire (SUS) and Questionnaire of User Interface Satisfaction (QUIS). The results obtained from this research is the usability level of the application is still very low with score 43.438 which is in the worst imaginable to poor range and still in grade scale F to D. Therefore, performed redesign of user interface using the principles of UI design, 10 Heuristics of User Interface Design and usability testing analysis. The result of redesigning the user interface has been proven to be more effective with SUS score of 82.2.
