TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examine the way in which knowledge management helps to solve educational problems in the current global economy and propose a method to identify relevant areas of change in high education institutions (HEI).
Abstract: This article aims to examine the way in which knowledge management helps to solve educational problems in the current global economy. The method employed was structured from an epistemological-documental analysis of successful educative models and the identification of relevant areas of change in high education institutions (HEI). As a result, it can be said that better codifications, curricula, and educational structures can be obtained thanks to knowledge management. In brief, through adequate knowledge management, faculties and departments at HEI have ample opportunities for development in interdisciplinary research projects. Besides, knowledge management helps to reduce costs, have new services for the students, and achieve teaching styles, as well as implement consultancies and personalized learning.

TL;DR: In this article, an estudio del comercio triangular, o "modelo puente", debido to que existen pocas investigaciones debido a su dificil medicion.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors evaluated the use of imágenes captadas with a drone for estimating damage and yield losses in sorghum by Melanaphis sorghi.
Abstract: Resumen. TL;DR: In this paper, the motivation orientation of junior high school students in participating in physical education and to determine differences in motivation orientation based on gender in attending physical education in junior high schools.
Abstract: Motivation is one of the factors that influence the success of the physical education learning process. Motivation is divided into two dimensions, namely intrinsic motivation (arising from within) and extrinsic motivation (which is influenced by external or environmental factors). The success of physical education depends on the amount of motivation (motivation) that appears in students. If intrinsic motivation is greater than extrinsic motivation, the success of physical education will be easier to realize. This study aims to determine the motivation orientation of junior high school students in participating in physical education and to determine differences in motivation orientation based on gender in attending physical education in junior high schools. The population in this study were students of SMPN 40 Surabaya, amounting to 677 students. The research sample was 262 students. Sampling was done by random sampling technique with class as the unit of analysis. The data collection method in this study used a motivational questionnaire adapted from Deci (1971). This questionnaire has a validity of 0.356 to 0.755 and reliability (alpha) of 0.6854. To analyze the data, we used parametric statistical analysis of one sample t-test & independent samples t-test. To process it using the Windows version 20.00 SPSS statistical application program. The results obtained from the analysis of the one sample t-test as a whole obtained a mean value of 20.94 intrinsic motivation and a mean value of 14.63 extrinsic motivation. So that intrinsic motivation is greater than extrinsic motivation. For the results of the independent analysis of the sample t-test, it was obtained that F count was 3.68 with a significance of 0.00. Because it is significant 0.00 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that the motivation orientation of students of SMPN 40 Surabaya tends to be intrinsic and there are significant and significant differences in the motivation orientation between male students and female students based on gender differences.

TL;DR: The findings of this cross-sectional study contribute to understanding the link between gender and OPF in adolescent students and the mediation of physical self-perception and OPf in this relationship.
Abstract: Background: Physical self-perception is often related with better physical fitness perception in adolescents. Moreover, it is an important social cognitive perspective to provide suitable mental health in this population. However, this relationship is unequal between boys and girls. The physical fitness is a marker of health in young population. The aims of the present study were the following: (1) to compare physical self-perception and self-reported overall physical fitness (OPF) between boys and girls (gender) and body mass index (BMI) status, and (2) to determine the mediating role of all physical self-perception subscales (except physical condition) and BMI status in the link between gender and OPF in adolescent students. Methods: This cross-sectional study consisted of 85 adolescent students of secondary school between 12 and 17 years of age; 41 were boys (Mage = 14.6, SD = 1.7) and 44 were girls (Mage = 14.4, SD = 1.6). Adolescent participants completed all clinical characteristics by body composition measures (age, body weight, body height, and BMI). Physical self-perception was assessed by the physical self-perception profile (PSPP) whereas the international fitness scale (IFIS) was used to predict the self-reported OPF of adolescents in the present study. Results: Gender (boys and girls) differed significantly in all PSPP subscales and OPF, whereas the BMI status (underweight = 19 students, normal weight = 53 students, overweight/obese = 13 students) showed significant differences in all clinical characteristics, physical condition (PSPP), and OPF. A multiple mediation analysis was performed using bias corrected bootstrap. This multiple mediation analysis revealed that all PSPP subscales were significant mediators between gender and OPF: attractive body (p = 0.013), sport competence (p = 0.009), physical strength (p = 0.002), and self-confidence (p = 0.002). The total direct effect of gender on OPF was significant (p = 0.002). Moreover, the multiple mediation estimated a completely standardized indirect of X on Y for attractive body (effect = 0.109), sport competence (effect = 0.066), physical strength (effect = 0.130), and self-confidence (effect = 0.193). Conclusions: These findings contribute to understanding the link between gender and OPF in adolescent students and the mediation of physical self-perception and OPF in this relationship. In addition, strategies focused to improve self-confidence and physical self-perception are necessary in female adolescent students, because boys showed better physical self-perception in all PSPP subscales. Girls are a risk group because they report low physical self-confidence with their respective insecurity feelings and psychological disorders. Thus, personal physical self-perception must be considered as an important social cognitive perspective to provide suitable mental health in children and adolescents.

TL;DR: In this article, a study was conducted on Gen Y and Gen Z individuals to find out what these individuals think they are capable of which is an individual's self-efficacy, with respect to gender, age and educational qualification.
Abstract: Internet applications, social media and sedentary lifestyle followed by individuals put a lot of stress on Gen Y and Gen Z individuals. This study seeks to find out what these individuals think they are capable of which is an individual's self-efficacy, with respect to gender, age and educational qualification, using subjective evaluation questionnaire which would enable the respondents to evaluate the questions posed and respond according to their perception. This study was done on students who about to become a part of the workforce in the near future. The study was aimed at finding meaningful relationships between students' overall quality of life and self-esteem with self-efficacy and it was found to be positive. The other factors-age, gender and educational qualification that were considered in the study failed to show considerable significance with self-efficacy, as self-efficacy was found to have negligible variation with respect to those factors.
