Abstract: This research contributes to building a conceptual framework for developing the human resource capacity of millennial farmers in growing social entrepreneurship in the agricultural Using a systems perspective, we can improve the sector. The study starts with a qualitative analysis. study to comprehensively photograph the problem situation in developing the human resource capacity of the millennial generation of farmers, then proceed with quantitative analysis to obtain alternative strategies that can be prioritized to be implemented in order to foster the spirit of social entrepreneurship and build social enterprises in the agricultural sector, especially in rural areas West Java. The research purposes are explaining the primary problem situation in the development of agricultural social entrepreneurs in millennial generation farmers in West Java; explaining the readiness of millennial farmers in West Java and other stakeholders in applying the concept of social entrepreneurship to their agricultural businesses; analyzing priority strategies in the development of agricultural social entrepreneurs for millennial generation farmers in West Java; designing a model for achieving priority strategies for developing agricultural social entrepreneurs for millennial generation farmers in West Java.

Abstract: MSMEs have a great number of important roles in the economy of a country and should be developed and empowered. The main thing needed in the effort to boost the performance of MSME is support in terms of business funding. The impact of microfinance should be optimized through the appropriate strategies of all parties involved. Through appropriate microfinance strategies, MSMEs are expected to experience significant growth. The purpose of this research is to identify factors influencing access of micro finance and, impact of micro financing and to formulate strategy in optimizing microfinance for MSMEs in Bogor Regency. The primary data obtained from the owners of MSMEs of bag and footwear industries was were analyzed using logistic regression and rank test marked Wilcoxon. The primary data from the experts were analyzed using AHP method. The results showed that the factors that influence access to microfinance are monthly profits, total assets and savings access. Microfinance has a positive impact on almost all aspects of MSME performance. The right strategy to optimize microfinance is the CSR partnership financing program. Abstract: This research aims to see how good corporate governance affects profit management. The audit committee (X1), independent commissioners (X2), institutional ownership (X3), and managerial ownership (X4) are the dependent variables, whereas the audit committee (X1), independent commissioners (X2), institutional ownership (X3), and managerial ownership (X4) are the independent factors (X4). Using a deliberate sampling technique, the population in this research is banking enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020. The study employs basic assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity, as well as multiple linear regression analysis.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of business planning for the development of MSMEs. The research method uses is a qualitative method with a descriptive and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, the results show that proper business planning and the application of a good marketing strategy have a positive impact on the sustainability of MSME activities. In addition, the quality of production that has a competitive advantage is also one of the driving factors. For the development of MSMEs, there are several obstacles faced, especially related to capital and guidance from the local government. With the development of MSMEs, it is expected to improve people's welfare, including helping the government in reducing unemployment.

Abstract: This research aims to investigate the influence of intellectual capital, social networks, and financial capital on the performance of social entrepreneurs in West Java, with a sample size of 300. The research adopts a mixed- method research design, which includes qualitative and quantitative phases. The qualitative phase involves conducting in-depth interviews with social entrepreneurs in West Java, while the quantitative phase entails surveying social entrepreneurs in West Java. The research findings indicate that intellectual capital, social networks, and financial capital have a significant impact on the performance of social entrepreneurs. The implications of these findings for social entrepreneurship in West Java are also discussed.
