TL;DR: PD-L1 expression by immune cells evaluated with E1L3N was an independent prognostic factor in EPMM and Cytoreductive surgery with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy predicted better prognosis than other treatments.

TL;DR: Complete cytoreductive surgery is the cornerstone of the PK's management as a primary treatment and was associated with a better OS and DFS in a univariate analysis.

Grade 3 anaphylactic shock after administration of [ 99m Tc]-labeled nanocolloidal albumin (Nanocoll ® ) for sentinel node scintigraphy
Andrea Skanjeti,Caroline Darcissac,Coline Jaulent,Jérôme Nicolas,François Hallouard,Isabelle Morelec,Marc Fraysse,Jeremie Tordo,Francesco Giammarile,Pierre-Adrien Bolze,Anthony Dhomps +10 more
TL;DR: A 50-year-old woman was recently admitted to the authors' nuclear medicine department for sentinel node scintigraphy before surgery on a right breast ductal carcinoma and reacted with grade 3 anaphylactic shock, according to a classification based on symptom severity.
