Abstract: O objetivo desse artigo e analisar a proposta de unificacao da formacao de professores de Educacao Fisica. A problematizacao questionou se a proposta do Conselho Nacional de Educacao (CNE), de Minuta de Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais (DCN) para o curso de graduacao em Educacao Fisica, Licenciatura, de 2015, qualifica a formacao para o magisterio na Educacao Basica. O metodo de investigacao utilizado foi a analise de documentos, que comparou a Minuta com as DCN de Formacao de Professores e com as DCN para os cursos de Graduacao em Educacao Fisica. Conclui-se que ha divergencias e contradicoes de finalidades e principios entre os documentos quanto a integralidade, terminalidade e identidade propria no campo da formacao de professores de Educacao Fisica para a Educacao Basica.

Abstract: The main idea of this article is to discuss the Physical Education teachers’ formation from a teacher’ s conception as an intelectual – reflective – transformer. First I will try to discuss the current model of the Physical Education teachers’ formation and to approach the importance of the pratice as a teacher’s instrument of analysis and reflection as an alternative to the dominant paradigm of the technic rationality. Second, I will discuss the necessity of construction of a new conception of the teacher’s pratice which selects the reflective dimension as an essencial component of the teacher’s pratice. Abstract: The intention of this article is to share with the academic community an analysis of the preliminary version of the National Curriculum Common Base (BNCC) curriculum component Physical Education, held in February 2016. This analysis was prepared in response to the commission of the Ministry of Education experts requesting critical opinion, to contribute to the delineation of the theoretical assumptions and curricular organization attesting the initial proposal of Physical Education for elementary and high school. This analysis contextualized initially, the historical origin of BNCC amid the evaluation of basic education policies and their possible influences for teacher training. He then presented some questions regarding the structuring of knowledge and objectives formulation in view of the diversity and complexities of school teaching practice in the Brazilian reality.

Abstract: Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o processo de envelhecimento relacionado aos diversos campos de investigacao: biologicas (musculo-esqueleticas, nervosos); e psicologicos. A metodologia utilizada na analise dos dados da pesquisa foi de rastreio teorico, pois se valeu de revisao bibliografica. Os resultados obtidos com este estudo fazem-se dizer que o envelhecimento e heterogeneo, nao se apresentando linearmente, pois varia desde sistemas orgânicos a psico-sociais. Este processo depende, nao apenas na nossa condicao genetica mais sobretudo dos habitos que temos ao longo da vida. Pode-se dizer que entender o processo de envelhecimento e importante nao apenas para entender a etiologia associada aos processos degenerativos que lhe estao associados, mas fundamentalmente para conhecer e desenvolver estrategias que atenuem os efeitos da senescencia.

Abstract: O presente estudo teve como objetivo estabelecer um protocolo de avaliacao da autonomia funcional atraves de testes relacionados com a realizacao das atividades da vida diaria (AVD). A amostra foi constituida de 337 mulheres idosas (C =66,33±4,69 anos), voluntarias e independentes das AVD. Foram utilizados os testes do protocolo de avaliacao da autonomia funcional do Grupo de Desenvolvimento Latino-Americano para a Maturidade (Protocolo GDLAM), constituidos de caminhar 10m (C10m), levantar-se da posicao sentada (LPS), levantar-se da posicao decubito ventral (LPDV) e levantar-se da cadeira e locomover-se pela casa (LCLC). O tratamento estatistico feito por meio de Quartis possibilitou estabelecer o indice GDLAM de autonomia (IG). Este apresentou escores classificados em fraco (+28,54), regular (28,54-25,25), bom (25,24-22,18) e muito bom (-22,18). O estudo admitiu o nivel de p<0,05 para a significância estatistica.

Ribeirão Preto, 2010. 188 pages. Thesis (Doctorate) Ribeirão Preto College of Nursing, University of São Paulo, Ribeirão Preto, 2010. Planning nursing care involves some stages. One fundamental stage is developing nursing diagnoses, which is a complex theme and not much explored in Neonatal Nursing. The potential use of computer technology in teaching and continuous education in nursing was the motivation for developing the present study with the objective to develop and evaluate an interactive virtual learning object about diagnostic reasoning in nursing applied to preterm newborns at the neonatal intermediate care unit. This descriptive study used the pedagogical framework of problem-posing and computer-assisted instruction, Bernardo's method of software development and Risner's thinking model to elaborate the nursing diagnosis, according to the NANDA-I taxonomy. The teaching simulations and learning exercises for diagnostic reasoning in nursing included real cases of preterm newborns, which were adapted and designed based on a model for developing clinical cases with educational means, and organized according to basic human needs. The cases were validated by five nursing professors, experts in neonatal nursing and diagnostic reasoning. The software was developed using the tool by Macromedia Authorware®, included in a virtual learning environment on the Internet, the Moodle, and media processed in specific software depending on their type. The virtual interactive learning object was organized in modules, consisting of a presentation, justification, objectives, technical record, image gallery, support tests and references; theoretical content about Nursing Diagnosis; automatic presentations of three clinical cases of preterm newborns at the neonatal intermediate care unit, totaling 32 Nursing Diagnoses, and simulation exercises of four clinical cases of preterm newborns, thus adding up to 40 Nursing Diagnoses. Appearance and content evaluations of the virtual object regarding the aspects related to presentation, organization, use and overall impression were performed by experts in computer technology (12) and nursing (31). Each sub-item from the instruments contained the evaluation on a Likert scale and a space for comments/suggestions. All items received positive evaluations by over 80% of the evaluators, except for the information density criterion on the evaluation by computer technology experts. Hence, the developed product is considered adequate to be used in students and continuous education in nursing about diagnostic reasoning in the elaboration of Nursing Diagnoses for preterm newborns, in the pedagogical framework of problem-posing.

Abstract: ResumoEmbora conhecida desde a Antiguidade, a tuberculose continua preocupando as autoridades sanitarias ate os dias de hoje. O presente estudo descreve o perfil clinico e epidemiologico da doenca entre casos notificados a Secretaria Municipal de Saude de Piripiri, Estado do Piaui, no periodo de junho de 1997 a outubro de 2000. Os dados foram coletados a partir das Fichas de Investigacao Individual da doenca e do Livro de Registro e Controle de Tratamento dos Casos de Tuberculose e, a seguir, processados pelo software Epi Info 6.04b. Verificou-se predominio da doenca em pessoas do sexo masculino (61,4%), adultos jovens (40,2%) e analfabetos (68,4%). A incidencia foi de 82,4 e 80,2 casos por 100.000 habitantes, respectivamente, nos anos de 1998 e 1999. Com relacao aos aspectos clinicos, 93,1% dos doentes apresentaram tuberculose pulmonar. De todos os casos, a baciloscopia foi realizada em 93,1%; destes, 75,5% apresentaram resultado positivo. A radiologia toracica foi empregada em 34,5% dos enfermos. Quanto a evolucao dos casos, 91,7% foram curados, ocorreram dez casos de obito (6,9%) e apenas um caso de abandono (0,7%) do Programa de Controle de Tuberculose (PCT) do Municipio. A investigacao possibilitou conhecer caracteristicas da tuberculose na populacao estudada, alem de avaliar, indiretamente, o servico de saude dirigido ao controle da doenca em Piripiri-PI.Palavras-chave: tuberculose; epidemiologia; estudos de avaliacao.SummaryAlthough known since ancient times, tuberculosis continues to preoccupy medical authorities nowadays. This work describes the clinical and epidemiological profile of tuberculosis cases notified to the health department in the Muni-cipality of Piripiri, Piaui State, from June 1997 to October 2000. Data from individual Tuberculosis Investigation Files and Tuberculosis Case Registry were compiled. Data were processed using Epi Info 6.04b software. Disease occurred predominantly in males (64.4%), young adults (40.2%), and illiterate persons (68.4%). The incidence was 82.4 and 80.2 per 100,000 inhabitants in 1998 and 1999, respectively. In regard to the clinical presentation, 93.1% of patients had pulmonary tuberculosis. Bacilluscopy was done in 93.1% of the patients, of which 75.5% had a positive result. Chest x-rays were performed in 34.5% of patients. Among cases treated by the Municipal Tuberculosis Control Program (PCT), 91.7% were cured, 6.9% died and 0.7% (1 case) abandoned treatment. This investigation permits an improved understanding of the characteristics of tuberculosis in the study population and enables an indirect evaluation of health service treatment of this disease in Piripiri, Piaui.Key words: tuberculosis; epidemiology; evaluation studies
