Journal ArticleDOI

Expression patterns of class I histone deacetylases in osteosarcoma: a novel prognostic marker with potential therapeutic implications.

TL;DR: In this article, the expression levels of class I histone deacetylase isoforms 1, 2, and 3 in patient-derived primary osteosarcoma cells were investigated, comparing them to normal bone graft-derived osteoblasts using the immunoblotting technique.
Journal ArticleDOI

Comparison of single-dose radial extracorporeal shock wave and local corticosteroid injection for treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome including mid-term efficacy: a prospective randomized controlled trial.

TL;DR: Treatment of CTS using single-dose rESWT has a carry-over effect lasting up to 24 weeks suggesting that single- doses are appropriate for treatment of mild to moderate CTS and provides longer-lasting benefits than LCsI.
Journal ArticleDOI

Prognostic score for life expectancy evaluation of lung cancer patients after bone metastasis

TL;DR: Prognostic score is a clinically simple and easy method for estimating life expectancy and for guiding interventions in bone metastasis of lung cancer.
Journal Article

Prevalence and Survival Patterns of Patients with Bone Metastasis from Common Cancers in Thailand.

TL;DR: The results of this study support the establishment of country specific guidelines for primary cancer identification with skeletal lesions of unknown origin and further clinical studies of the top five bone metastases should be performed to develop guidelines for optimal patient management during palliative care.
Journal ArticleDOI

Survival rate and prognostic factors of conventional osteosarcoma in Northern Thailand: A series from Chiang Mai University Hospital.

TL;DR: The prognostic factors identified would play a critical role in modifying survival rates of osteosarcoma patients; as rapid disease recognition, a better treatment counselling, as well as improving of chemotherapeutic regimens were found to be important in improving the overall survival rate in Thailand.
