Journal ArticleDOI
Silent Raman modes in zinc oxide and related nitrides
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that most of the observed anomalous Raman modes correspond to wurtzite-ZnO silent modes allowed by the breakdown of the translational crystal symmetry induced by defects and impurities.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hydrolytic and enzymatic degradation of a poly(ε-caprolactone) network
I. Castilla-Cortázar,Jorge Más-Estellés,J. M. Meseguer-Dueñas,J. L. Escobar Ivirico,Bernabé Marí,Ana Vidaurre +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the long-term hydrolytic and enzymatic degradation profiles of poly(e-caprolactone) (PCL) networks were obtained, with the conclusion that the degradation profile of PCL networks is lower than for linear PCL, also reaching a 20% weight loss.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of aluminium doping on zinc oxide thin films grown by spray pyrolysis
A. El Manouni,Francisco Javier Manjón,M. Mollar,Bernabé Marí,Roberto Gómez,M.C. López,J.R. Ramos-Barrado +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, structural, optical, and electrical characterization of aluminium-doped zinc oxide thin films grown by the spray pyrolysis method is reported, and the effect of Al concentration on the resistivity and on the X-ray diffraction, transmittance, photoluminescence and Raman scattering spectra of the films.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural, electrical and optical properties of ZnO thin films deposited by sol-gel method
TL;DR: Thin films of intrinsic and Al-doped ZnO were prepared by the sol-gel technique associated with spin coating onto glass substrates using Zinc acetate dehydrate, ethanol and monoethanolamine as a starting material, solvent and stabiliser.
Journal ArticleDOI
Role of the chemical substitution on the structural and luminescence properties of the mixed halide perovskite thin MAPbI3 − xBrx (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) films
Lahoucine Atourki,Erika Vega,Bernabé Marí,Miguel Mollar,Hassan Ait Ahsaine,K. Bouabid,Ahmed Ihlal +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, mixed bromide iodide lead perovskites were prepared from methylamine, lead nitrate and the corresponding hydroX acid (X = I, Br), they were then deposited as thin films on ITO substrate by the spin coating process.
