Abstract: Green construction plays an important role in the formation of green building. For the characteristics of fuzziness and incompatibility, this paper introduces the theory of fuzzy matter-element into the evaluation of green construction. The power weight is worked out with the entropy method, the related degree values between the standard fuzzy matter-element and each fuzzy matter-element is established, it lines up each scheme to pick up the best scheme. The result shows that among the methods of multiple indexes comprehensive evaluation of green construction, this method can reflect the extent of green construction objectively and accurately.

Abstract: Aiming at the existing defects of pipeline risk assessment model of Kent index method on spill score,population score and leak impact factor, five compensation coefficient are put forward in pipeline risk assessment basic model qualitatively,of which include past failure modes,emergency response, sensitive environment,high value areas and support/oppose of nearby residents.Thus,the compensation correction model on leak impact factor of pipeline risk assessment are established.This model enhances the accuracy for the work of pipeline risk assessment.Finally,the verification analysis showed that the modified model can objectively reflect the degree of pipeline risk.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of construction project, it set the third level of duration implicit cost, deepening the understanding of the duration implicit cost in construction project. Through analyzing the similar characteristics of the technique of project network diagram and neural network, it built a duration implicit cost control model based on neural network, which can adjust the project network diagram to the optimization direction. Aiming at the defects of the traditional neural network, the variable learning rate back-propagation arithmetic and the additional momentum method were introduced, and the duration implicit cost control model was built, improving the accuracy of the control for the neural network technique.

Abstract: The hidden costs due to the current evaluation model for green building lacks relevance, and therefore this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, From the three major aspects of business, users and social selected 16 indicators of the operational phase of the hidden costs of starting to build a green building implicit operational phase cost evaluation model through structural entropy method will combine objective assignment method and subjective assignment method to determine the evaluation index weights, In order to achieve the operational phase of the project the green building real-time monitoring of hidden costs. The results show that the hidden costs of green building evaluation index for multi-operational phase problem, the method can be more objectively and accurately reflect the size of the extent of its hidden costs.

Abstract: On the basis of the traditional bid evaluation indicators,in-depth analysis of system elements of green construction technology,establish a relatively scientific green construction bid evaluation system to ensure the successful bidder who was selected through the bid evaluation system can successfully complete the design content during the construction phase,meet the requirements of green construction and promoting the development of green construction.Compared to the currently available bid evaluation model and combined with the characteristics of green construction,based on the multi-level gray evaluation method to build a comprehensive evaluation model and to evaluate bid evaluation indicators of green construction from the qualification indicators,economic indicators,technical indicators to improve the scientific and accuracy of the bid evaluation system.The green construction bid evaluation system which was built in this paper was verified the practicality and operability through the engineering examples.Based on the multi-level gray evaluation model can maximize the use of the information in the tender documents to the sort of scheme comparison to improve the objectivity and impartiality of the evaluation results,which can get a practical evaluation results and enhancing the science and accuracy of green construction bid evaluation system to provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of construction project bidding.

Abstract: Introducing passenger dedicated line into railway terminal is a complex work.Due to its trait,this paper builds fuzzy matter-element model according to five factors of the necessity,adaptability,economy,environmental influence and operability and fifteen evalution indexes,then introduces entropy theory to define the entropy proportion.With computation of euclid approach degree between the standard fuzzy matter-element and other fuzzy matter-element,it lines up each scheme to pick up the best scheme.The evaluation model effectively avoid influence that uncertainty and subjective judgment bring about.Judging from evaluation results,this evaluation theory is scientific and rational.

Abstract: A great many exploratory researches have been conducted in the fields of low-carbon ecological planning and green building,and different index systems have been established respectively in these two fields.However,it is still a blank spot in the research field that how to build a direct correspondence between the index systems of green building and low-carbon ecological planning.In line with the local features of Beijing,through the summarization of practical experience,and starting from detailed planning,this paper sets up an index system that links the low-carbon ecological planning and the green building design which is based on the study on low-carbon ecological planning theories and green building assessment system.This system in the detailed planning phase covers 4 aspects and has 20 indices in terms of spatial planning,transport organization,resource utilization,and ecological environment;and in architectural design stage covers 7 aspects and has 27 indices in terms of building,structure,water supply and drainage,heating and air-conditioning,electricity,landscape,and interior decoration.The indices in the two phases correspond to each other and can be implemented successively in the planning approval process,thus being feasible in the development of low-carbon ecological planning and green building in the world.

Abstract: Non-rhythm flow process is a general pattern for construction organization.Considering the non-rhythm flow process under the conditions of multi-project and multi-mode,this paper modeled the problem combing with conventional discrete time-cost trade-off.The objective function adopted bi-objective expression.The algorithm was designed based on NSGA-Ⅱmethodology.The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can get the optimal discrete time-cost curve,which can provide decision making support for the construction organization and implementation in non-rhythm flow process under the complex environment
