20-Hydroxyecdysone activates the protective arm of the renin angiotensin system via Mas receptor
Rencé Lafont,Sophie Raynal,Maria Serova,Blaise Didry-Barca,Louis Guibout,Mathilde Latil,Pierre J. Dilda,Waly Dioh,Stanislas Veillet +8 more
TL;DR: The possibility to activate the Mas receptor with a safe steroid molecule is consistent with the pleiotropic pharmacological effects of ecdysteroids in mammals and indeed this mechanism may explain the close similarity between angiotensin-(1-7) and 20E effects.

ARF1 prevents aberrant type I IFN induction by regulating STING activation and recycling
Maximilian Hirschenberger,Alice Lepelley,Ulrich Rupp,Susanne Klute,Victoria Hunszinger,Lennart Koepke,V A Merold,Blaise Didry-Barca,Fanny Wondany,Tim Bergner,Sabine Wiese,Silvia Volpi,Marco Gattorno,Rachael A. Sparrer +25 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the GTPase ARF1 is identified as a crucial negative regulator of cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS) signaling, and it is shown that ARF 1 has an unexpected dual role in maintaining cGAS-STING homeostasis, through the promotion of mitochondrial fusion and STING recycling.
