In recent years, technological innovation applied to the classroom allows us to appreciate a greater use of tools to improve the training processes of future professionals, however, how much can ICTs provide for the improvement of social and humanistic skills? The purpose of this article is to reflect on the impact of Virtual Reality in the development of cross-cutting skills of recognition and empathy, focusing on a specific issue, gender violence. To achieve this, a study and implementation was carried out in students of a Mexican university, identifying significant differences in the final development of these competences.

Abstract Augmented reality is a great value resource in the area of education, as it allows the students to become immersed in a hybrid context between the real world and the digital one, bringing realities closer to the classroom which would otherwise be impossible to reach, improving the student’s motivation and also facilitating the construction of significant learning within themselves. Also, its inclusion within the classroom does not imply great costs, as the necessary hardware requirements for its implementation are limited to the availability of a Smartphone or digital tablet and an internet connection, making it the ideal technology that can be integrated into any educational stage. In the present work, we present the evaluation of augmented reality as a didactic resource within Primary Education, by future teachers. The research is addressed from a quantitative methodology, through the use of a questionnaire, created ad hoc and composed by 32 items that refer to specific educational aspects such as inclusion, special education needs, the teaching-learning processes, etc. An incidental sample of 208 students was utilized, who were enrolled in the Primary Education Degree at the Faculty of Education of the University of Cordoba. The conclusions indicate that the future teachers, in their initial training, consider augmented reality as a tool that could be valuable and relevant for the development of the curricula, as well as inclusive education.

Primary Education and Augmented Reality. Other Form to Learn

La realidad virtual se ha convertido en los últimos años en un recurso tecnológico empleado en todos los ámbitos de la sociedad. Junto con ella, el empleo de cámaras que graban vídeos desde diferentes perspectivas, planos y grados, incluyendo en estos últimos los 360º, ha revolucionado la forma de mostrar la información. Esta transformación se ha visto en el campo educativo como una estrategia para acercar los contenidos de una forma más real, produciendo un aprendizaje más interactivo y efectivo. En este artículo se presenta una innovación, la cual pretende implementar y experimentar con el uso de vídeos de 360º en diversas asignaturas de la Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria, con estudiantes de 3º y 4º de un centro educativo, para un aprendizaje competencial basado en una metodología activa y participativa. Las conclusiones que se deducen son variadas, destacando, que este tipo de recurso posibilita un aprendizaje más autónomo del alumnado y, propicia un mayor interés, iniciativa y participación del estudiantado.

La Realidad Virtual Inmersiva como herramienta educativa para la transformación social: Un estudio exploratorio sobre la percepción de los estudiantes en Educación Secundaria Postobligatoria

The use of mobile devices by children and adolescents is increasing significantly; therefore, it is relevant to research the level of advertising literacy (AL) of parents who act as mediators between children and mobile advertising. This study aims to explore the conceptual, moral and attitudinal dimensions of AL and its relationship with different styles of parental control.,A cross-sectional survey was applied simultaneously to a sample of parents with children between 5 and 16 years old in three Spanish-speaking countries: Mexico, Spain and Colombia. Participants from the three countries were recruited via online social media networks and were asked to fill in an online survey. A questionnaire, which has been adapted from previous literature to suit the mobile advertising context and the population of interest, was designed. Cross-country samples of varying sizes, with a predetermined quota of 200 participants for each country, were used. The total sample consisted of 1,454 participants.,Four factors of mobile AL were found, which, to a greater extent, correspond to the dimensions of AL proposed in the literature. The following are the dimensions that were identified: cognitive, moral, attitudinal and an emerging factor is known as “children’s perceived mobile AL.” Differences in parents’ perceived knowledge of mobile advertising, parental control styles and AL levels in the three countries were identified. Parents with an authoritative style were identified to have more knowledge than those with an indulgent style. Differences were also identified between countries concerning the amount of exposure that children have to mobile advertising, while no significant differences were found in the moral dimension.,Marketing practitioners and public policymakers must consider that parents differ in some dimensions of AL. Parents also seem to lack adequate knowledge about the advertising tools available to announcers that affect children and adolescents in a mobile communication environment. Therefore, government agencies should consider developing mobile digital media literacy programs for parents.,This paper explores the dimensions of AL applied to the mobile context and identifies the level of parental mobile AL in three Spanish-speaking countries, as well as the differences between these sub-samples concerning parental mobile AL profiles and parental control styles, thus expanding the literature on AL with a cross-cultural approach.

Per diversos motius, els autors no es posen d'acord a l'hora d'establir una definicio consensuada i contundent que precise amb exactitud qui es el director d'art. En ocasions fins i tot es confos amb el dissenyador grafic. Es tracta d'una figura certament complexa a la qual li afecten, sens dubte, els canvis que esdevenen en la propia industria publicitaria i en la societat. A punt que aquest creatiu complisca el seu primer centenari, es realitza una revisio de les definicions que es poden trobar en la literatura cientifica i es presenten les aproximacions a la definicio del director d'art que realitzen vint professionals vinculats a la professio i a l'Academia. Aixi mateix, s'exposen les vuit facetes que se li poden atribuir al director d'art i es revelen les caracteristiques que ho diferencien del dissenyador grafic. Tot aco permetra establir diverses conclusions sobre la dificultat de definir aquesta figura. En definitiva, la qual cosa es mante inalterable en el temps es la coincidencia a assenyalar-li com el creatiu responsable de l'aspecte visual dels treballs que realitza una agencia de comunicacio publicitaria.

El director de arte: revisión de la definición en la literatura científica y propuestas de los expertos

In recent years, advertising has been encroaching on the spaces where consumers look for entertainment. However, increasingly demanding consumers have found ways to avoid it, which has led brands to consider new strategies in order to reach them. The branded content created by brands using the services of musical artists is generating widespread visibility. Music is highly important in the lives of consumers, as it has the power to create emotional states and is even an essential ingredient in helping the youngest consumers build their identity. Therefore, lyrics and music videos created by singers for brands as an audio-visual format are highly attractive to younger generations and have become one of the most widely viewed types of entertainment on VEVO, the world's leading video clip platform, and on YouTube as well. These platforms are helping brands use music videos for advertising content, while at the same time fostering the proliferation of brand placement.
