Journal ArticleDOI
Association of Cardiac Injury With Mortality in Hospitalized Patients With COVID-19 in Wuhan, China.
Shaobo Shi,Mu Qin,Bo Shen,Yuli Cai,Tao Liu,Fan Yang,Wei Gong,Xu Liu,Jinjun Liang,Qinyan Zhao,He Huang,Bo Yang,Congxin Huang +12 more
TL;DR: The association between cardiac injury and mortality in patients with COVID-19 was analyzed and it was found that patients with cardiac injury had a higher proportion of multiple mottling and ground-glass opacity in radiographic findings than those without cardiac injury.
Journal ArticleDOI
Characteristics and clinical significance of myocardial injury in patients with severe coronavirus disease 2019.
Shaobo Shi,Mu Qin,Yuli Cai,Tao Liu,Bo Shen,Fan Yang,Sheng Cao,Xu Liu,Yaozu Xiang,Qinyan Zhao,He Huang,Bo Yang,Congxin Huang +12 more
TL;DR: The risk of in-hospital death among patients with severe COVID-19 can be predicted by markers of myocardial injury, and was significantly associated with senior age, inflammatory response, and cardiovascular comorbidities.
Journal ArticleDOI
Sigma-1 receptor ligands improves ventricular repolarization-related ion remodeling in rats with major depression disorder.
Yan Guo,Cui Zhang,Xiuhuan Chen,Xin Liu,Tianxin Ye,Yuhong Fo,Shaobo Shi,Chuan Qu,Jinjun Liang,Bo Shen,Bo Yang +10 more
TL;DR: Results indicate that Sigma-1 receptor modulates the functions of Ito and ICa-L to possibly exert antiarrhythmic effects.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pinocembrin ameliorates atrial fibrillation susceptibility in rats with anxiety disorder induced by empty bottle stimulation
Qian Ran,Cui Zhang,Weiguo Wan,Tianxin Ye,Y. Zou,Zhangchi Liu,Yi-jun Yu,Junhua Zhang,Bo Shen,Bo Yang +9 more
TL;DR: Pinocembrin can reduce AF susceptibility in anxiety disorder rats induced by empty bottle stimulation, with the inhibition of autonomic remodeling, structural remodeling and oxidative stress, which is a promising treatment for AF in patients with anxiety disorder.
