Abstract: FIELD: physics, measuring. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the measuring technics, in particular, for metrological certification of multichannel multipurpose gauges of electrical quantities. High-speed key devices (multiplexers M1...M10) switched by signals of the microprocessor of the measuring and computing complex (MCC) are entered. Influence of resistance of key devices of multiplexers at the expense of feed of precision resistor sets RS1...RS7 SAC by a stable current is thus excluded. Calibrator outputs are connected to input circuits of operational MCC amplifiers. And feed of precision resistor sets RS1...RS7 by the "weighed" MCC cells is applied to separate types of data units for the purpose of an exception of the active devices (active neutralisation) in multiplexers (M1...M10) for error and noise reduction at formation of target voltages of the calibrator. ^ EFFECT: expansion of functionality. ^ 16 cl, 29 dwg

Abstract: FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to technical facilities for measuring non-electrical values using electrical method. Multichannel resistive sensors resistance - voltage converter contains reference voltage source, four sources of weighted voltage, two constant current sources, bidirectional pulse current modulator, current switch through which resistive sensor and its resistive equivalent is fed, voltage-operated outputs of which are connected via voltage switch to differential input of instrumental operating amplifier. Output of instrumental amplifier is connected to input of analog-digital converter connected with microcontroller where control signals for converter are generated, measured signals are processed and digital equivalent of measurement result is formed. ^ EFFECT: error reduction due to lowering noise from active elements and their parameters stabilisation because of galvanic separation of power supplies and interference resistance increase due to using bidirectional current supply of resistive sensor and its resistive equivalent and using measurement signal processing algorithm in which additive components in measured signal are essentially excluded. ^ 2 dwg

Abstract: FIELD: measuring equipment.SUBSTANCE: signal simulator of the bridge strain gauge sensors contains two switches and two resistor chains. The simulator is made according to the resistor bridge scheme, in which the arm resistances are equal to the nominal arm resistance of the strain gauge bridge sensor. Chains of the serially connected resistors are included between each pair of the resistors forming the bridge arms, which are supplied with the bridge power. Herewith one chain consists of m-1 resistors and has m-terminals, which are connected to the respective inputs of the first switch, the second chain consists of n-1 resistors and has n-terminals, which are connected to the respective inputs of the second switch. On the switch outputs, representing the measuring bridge diagonal, the number of the signal simulator steps is m×n; the number of the signal simulator steps is m in the presence of a single chain of m-1 resistors.EFFECT: use of the present invention will improve the signal reproduction accuracy of the bridge resistor simulator and the physical quantity measurement accuracy, when using the test bench measuring system, remote from the calibration bench, on which the bridge strain gauge sensors of various physical quantities were calibrated using the test bench measuring system.2 cl, 1 tbl, 1 dwg

Abstract: The invention discloses a multichannel value of resistance automation measuring system The multichannel value of resistance automation measuring system comprises a burn-in power source, a multichannel electronic switch array, a data collector, a current-limiting resistance, a circuit protection unit and a computer, wherein the multichannel electronic switch array is a multichannel single-pole double-bladed switch array, according to a test requirement of arbitrary one-channel component in multichannel infrared devices, the channel component is disconnected with the burn-in power source and is connected with the data collector to finish automatic switch between a try state and a test state of the component; simultaneously, the data collector is used for measuring value of resistance of the switched component to achieve the aim that the value of the resistance is automatically measured By the adoption of a method that the computer sends command to a RS232 interface means of the data collector, the measured data are transferred to the computer to be stored; by the adoption of the system, the facts that the value of the resistance of the multichannel component is automatically measured and the data of the multichannel component is automatically stored are achieved, the rate, the accuracy and the data size of collecting component burn-in data are improved
