Journal ArticleDOI

Modulating the generation of long-lived charge separated states exclusively from the triplet excited states in palladium porphyrin-fullerene conjugates

TL;DR: The results show that when electron transfer occurs from the triplet state, its increased lifetime allows the distance between the donor and acceptor to be increased which results in a longer lifetime for the charge separated state.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development of Abraham model expressions for predicting the standard molar enthalpies of vaporization of organic compounds at 298.15 K

TL;DR: In this article, the experimental and back-calculated molar enthalpies of vaporization data at 298.15 K have been compiled from the chemical and engineering literature for 703 liquid organic and organometallic compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI

Characterization of the solubilizing ability of tetraalkylammonium ionic liquids containing a pendant alkyl chain bearing a basic N,N-dimethylamino or N,N-dimethylaminoethoxy functionality

TL;DR: In this paper, infinite dilution activity coefficients and gas-to-ionic liquid partition coefficients are reported for >40 different organic compounds dissolved in N-[2-(N′,N′-dimethylamino)ethyl]-N,N-(dimethyl)-1-propanaminium bis(trifluoromethylsufonyl)imide, N-[N−,N−dimethyl-amino]-N]-N−N−-dimethyl amino]ethyl, N−2 N−1-butanaminium, N
Journal ArticleDOI

Characterization of the solubilizing ability of short-chained glycol-grafted ammonium and phosphonium ionic liquids

TL;DR: In this paper, infinite dilution activity coefficients and gas-to-liquid partition coefficients are reported for >40 organic solvents dissolved in (2methoxyethyl) triethylphosphonium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide, (2-methoxethyl)tributylphosphoniium bis (triffluorometthylsoundonyl), and (2.methioxethyl)triethylammonium bis-(trifluentorometnium)-imide in the temperature
Journal ArticleDOI

Development of Abraham model correlations for short-chain glycol-grafted imidazolium and pyridinium ionic liquids from inverse gas-chromatographic measurements

TL;DR: In this article, infinite dilution activity coefficients and gas-to-liquid partition coefficients are reported for more than 45 organic solutes of varying polarity and hydrogen-bonding character dissolved within the ether-grafted ionic liquids.
