Las redes de distribución con transbordo son consideradas como un factor importante para el traslado de productos e insumos, promoviendo y mejorando la reducción de costos de transporte en relación con los problemas de distribución. Este trabajo se centra en dar respuesta a la siguiente interrogante desde una revisión sistemática de la literatura (RSL): ¿Cómo inciden las redes de distribución con transbordo en la reducción de costos de transporte en las empresas resilientes? Se realizó una revisión y estimación de las investigaciones preliminares en un periodo de cinco años, operando los motores de búsqueda de ScienceDirect, Redalyc, Dialnet, Scielo y SpringerLink. Los estudios se seleccionaron con base en un conjunto de criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se resaltó que las redes de distribución con transbordo tienen una relación directa con las empresas y se enfocan en el bienestar de las mismas. Por otro lado, se observó la importancia y las bases teóricas de las redes de distribución. La RSL recolectó datos claros y precisos para el estudio, lo que aportó a conocer la relación directa entre las redes de distribución y las empresas. Se estableció la importancia de la logística con transbordo en la resiliencia empresarial, la cual incluye tres aspectos básicos (recuperación, vulnerabilidad y adaptación) con respecto a las condiciones de la distribución como contribución para el desarrollo sostenible.

Redes de distribución con transbordo como elemento de resiliencia empresarial: una revisión sistemática

This paper proposes a simulation model for the management of vehicles in charge of the internal transport of containers at a seaport. These vehicles are specialized trucks that must transport containers within the port to carry out activities such as inspections by customs authorities, loading and unloading to different modes of transport and storage. The main objective of this research is to propose a model that permits efficiently managing trucks by minimizing the empty journeys carried out by these vehicles. For this purpose, we propose a simulation model that considers three strategies that are called single, double and mixed cycles. The proposed model allowed to consider additional elements of the internal transport operation that affect the use of trucks, as well as different scenarios with traffic increases that allowed validating the robustness of the model. As a main result, the model allowed to determine the appropriate amount of trucks that must be allocated for each of the tasks, thus avoiding internal congestion and reducing the costs of using vehicles, as well as increasing the productivity of the machinery that complements the transport operations.

eWOM en los tiempos de la COVID-19: un análisis empírico de marcas colombianas en Facebook

This paper aims to describe the design, development, and testing of a question-answering chatbot to inform COVID-19 at Cali town. The chatbot is based on the model of natural language processing, and it is capable of holding a question-and-answer conversation about the pandemic. This document presents the sources of information to solve information needs in the Cali town's risk scenery from March to December 2020; Based on the sources of information, a corpus with 636 sentences was built. Three models were trained bases on the corpus. The models were trained incremental prototyping: A baseline model that responds to general questions, cases, active cases, and deaths at a geographic point of an area or region of interest (BC), the baseline model, zones and news, decrees or regulations generated by the Government during the risk situation (BCN) and the final model that responds the previous items and to frequently asked questions (BFAQ). A satisfaction survey of the prototype was developed to evaluate the chatbot, and the models were evaluated by metrics of PLN precision, coverage, and F-measure. The analysis and results showed that the final model (BFAQS) showed values upper 88% in the three measurements., besides, the BFACS held 1480 conversations, with an average conversation engagement of 4.12 minutes. Furthermore, the survey results show that 87% would use the chatbot again to obtain information about COVID-19.
