Ultrathin SnO2 Nanosheets: Oriented Attachment Mechanism, Nonstoichiometric Defects, and Enhanced Lithium-Ion Battery Performances

TL;DR: In this paper, a large-scale and highly pure ultrathin SnO2 nanosheets (NSs) were synthesized, with a minimum thickness in the regime of ca. 2.1 nm.
Journal ArticleDOI

In situ synthesis of SnS2@graphene nanocomposites for rechargeable lithium batteries

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple hydrothermal method based on an oxidation-reduction reaction between graphene oxide (GO) and SnCl2·2H2O was used to produce SnS2@graphene nanosheet composites.
Journal ArticleDOI

Large-scale synthesis of In2S3 nanosheets and their rechargeable lithium-ion battery

TL;DR: In this paper, the cyclic performance of In2S3 nanosheets electrodes was investigated and it was shown that they have a reversible capacity of 450 mA h g−1 under a large charging/discharging rate of ca. 1 C (700 mA g −1) after 40 cycles.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of erbium oxide nanosheets and up-conversion properties

TL;DR: A novel erbium-based compound as well as Er(2)O(3) nanosheets have been synthesized through a simple hydrothermal route and have similar up-conversion properties with strong blue emission, which is rarely reported in the literature.
