Internal magnetostatic potentials of magnetization-graded ferromagnetic materials
Chandran Sudakar,R. Naik,G. Lawes,Joseph V. Mantese,Adolph L. Micheli,Gopalan Srinivasan,S. P. Alpay +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the internal magnetic field induced by a spatially varying magnetization in a compositionally graded ferromagnet was investigated, with a variation in saturation magnetization of 30emu∕g over a sample thickness of 2.5mm.
Journal ArticleDOI
Enhanced magnetic and ferroelectric properties in scandium doped nano Bi2Fe4O9
Dimple P. Dutta,Chandran Sudakar,Pavana S. V. Mocherla,Balaji P. Mandal,Onnatu D. Jayakumar,Avesh K. Tyagi +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis of undoped and Sc 3+ doped Bi 2 Fe 4 O 9 nanoparticles using sonochemical technique was reported and X-ray diffraction reveals that all samples are single phase with no impurities detected.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tailoring Magnetically Active Defect Sites in MoS2 Nanosheets for Spintronics Applications
Rohini Sanikop,Chandran Sudakar +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, it is shown that it is possible to tune the magnetic properties in MoS2 without any intentional magnetic dopants but by simply controlling the magnetically active defect sites.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-rate and long-cycle life performance of nano-porous nano-silicon derived from mesoporous MCM-41 as an anode for lithium-ion battery
TL;DR: In this article, a nano-porous nano-silicon (npn-Si) anode for Li-ion battery is synthesized through a Magnesiothermic Reduction (MR) method.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of Surfactant Treatment on the Magnetic Properties of Mn-Doped ZnO Bulk and Nanoparticles
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of surfactant treatment on the structural and magnetic properties of Mn-doped ZnO bulk (Zn 0.978Mn0.03Li 0.01O) was investigated.
