Abstract: The invention discloses a method for detecting and segmenting a power line at a tower head of a high voltage power transmission tower from onboard LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) based on geometric characteristics. The method includes elevation constrained tower head region point cloud data segmentation, distance constrained tower body interference point cloud data removal, generation of a projection characteristic map of the tower head region point cloud data subjected to tower body removal, power line layering elevation value extraction adopting a threading method, elevation layering ofelevation constrained tower head point cloud data, generation of a projection density characteristic map of elevation layering point cloud data, power line seed point extraction in the projection density characteristic map and altitude difference constraint power line point cloud data extraction adopting an iteration region growing method. By adopting the above steps, power line detection and extraction work in the tower head of the high voltage power transmission tower for onboard laser point cloud data of a power corridor can be implemented. The method can be applied to individual display for power line parts in a three-dimensional scene of the power corridor and power line characteristic extraction of the tower in an intelligent diagnosis link.

Abstract: The invention discloses a voltage withstand test analogue simulation method for ultra-high-voltage GIS standard lightning impulse voltage. The voltage withstand test analogue simulation method comprises the steps that equivalent impedance of each element is calculated according to the structural size of transformer substation GIS equipment and an electric connecting wire, and wave impedance parameters and wave speed parameters of a breaker, a disconnecting switch and a bus in a simulation model are calculated according to the geometrical sizes of all the elements; according to the geometrical sizes of all the elements and the model parameters, the simulation model is established by the utilization of ATP-EMTP software; a wiring mode of the simulation model and standard lightning impulse voltage waveform parameters are determined; impact simulation is conducted on the same wiring mode by the adoption of standard lightning impulse voltage waves of different wave heads; actual safety voltage withstand test parameters of the GIS equipment standard lightning pulse voltages are determined according to simulation results. The analogue simulation method can overcome the defects that in the prior art, the reliability is low, the safety is poor and economic looses are large, and has the advantages of being high in reliability, good in safety and small in economic loss.

Abstract: The invention discloses a characteristic pattern recognition algorithm for a partial discharge spectrum based on Gauss parameter fitting. The algorithm comprises a) the partial discharge spectrum in the partial discharge process to be measured is obtained; b) based on the obtained partial discharge spectrum, the distance between the to-be-identified characteristic quantity of partial discharge and the standard characteristic quantity of partial discharge in the partial discharge process to be measured is obtained via a Gaussian function; and c) based on the obtained distance, an identification result of the partial discharge mode is obtained and output. The characteristic pattern recognition algorithm can overcome the defects that in the prior art, the anti-interference capability is low, the identification difficulty is high and the reliability is low, and has the advantages of high anti-interference capability, low identification difficulty and high reliability.

Abstract: The invention provides a method and a device for predicting the dangerous point of tree growth or lodging of a transmission line, which relate to the technical field of transmission line safety. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring point cloud data, which is obtained by scanning a region to be predicted by a laser radar system; pre-processing point cloud data to obtain pre-processing point cloud data; classifying the pre-processed point cloud data by the preset classification algorithm to obtain the classified point cloud data; classification point cloud data include transmission line point cloud data and tree point cloud data; the tree point cloud data is segmented by the preset single tree segmentation algorithm, and the segmented point cloud data is obtained. By using thepreset dangerous point prediction algorithm to predict the partition point cloud data, the tree growth or lodging dangerous points can be obtained. The embodiment of the invention can improve the convenience, the timeliness and the safety of the transmission line safety patrol inspection, and provides a reference basis for tree barrier cleaning and compensation work.

The length of a GIS pipeline is a meters. Through the simulation circuit model disclosed by the invention, the potential uplift situation of the shell in a GIS transformer substation can be calculated accurately.

Abstract: The invention relates to a GIS reserved spacing and GIS equipment. The reserved spacing arranged in the GIS equipment consists of a first bus, a second bus, a first disconnecting switch, a second disconnecting switch, a disconnecting switch for extension and an extended interface. The first bus is connected with one end of the first disconnecting switch by an electric conductor; the second bus is connected with one end of the second disconnecting switch by an electric conductor; the other end of the first disconnecting switch and the other end of the second disconnecting switch are connected with one end of the disconnecting switch for extension and the other end is connected with the extended interface. A main bus disconnecting switch is arranged between the main bus in live-line operation and the extended interface to carry out electrical isolation and the disconnecting switch for extension is also arranged to carry out electrical isolation. Therefore, work linking can be carried out under the circumstance that the main bus works normally without the need of complete power interruption control of the main bus, so that the large-scale power interruption is avoided; and thus a requirement of a non-power-interruption linking function of the reserved extension spacing in practical engineering can be met.

Abstract: The invention discloses an analogue simulation method of transformer winding fault situation under lightning impulse voltage. According to the distributed capacitance and inductance parameter matrix characteristics of windings of different structures, parts of capacitance and inductance parameters which have a small influence are removed, the capacitance parameter and the inductance parameter of adjacent parts of line reel are selected to obtain different distributed parameter combinations; and a winding voltage distribution calculation result under distributed parameter model lightning impulse under different mutual capacitance and mutual inductance parameters is compared with the calculation result of a multi-conductor transmission line model, and the combination with a smallest difference is selected as the basic parameter of a fault analogue model. By use of the method disclosed by the invention, the capacitance and inductance parameter matrix characteristics of the transformer winding are combined and are subjected to comparison analysis with a calculation result of the multi-conductor transmission line model, and reasonable capacitance and inductance parameters are selected to establish a corresponding distributed parameter model. Compared with an existing distributed parameter model, the distributed parameter model in the method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that the electrical network characteristics of the distributed parameter model are more consistent with the electrical characteristics of the transformer winding under the lightning impulse, a fault analogue result more approaches to a practical situation, and fault characteristics analysis is more accurate.
