The pile column type concrete hollow pile pier structure is characterized by comprising a concrete hollow pile pier, a bridge support, a pier cover beam and a base bearing platform, a flange disc is arranged at the lower end of the concrete hollow pile pier, a reserved bolt hole is formed in the flange disc, the flange disc is connected with the base bearing platform, the flange disc and the base bearing platform are arranged in cast-in-place concrete, an upper bridge support steel plate is arranged at the upper surface of the bridge support while a lower bridge support steel plate is arranged at the lower surface of the bridge support, a flange disc is arranged at the upper end of the concrete hollow pile pier and connected with the lower bridge support steel plate, and the upper bridge support steel plate is connected with the pier cover beam. The pile column type concrete hollow pile pier structure has beneficial effects that the concrete hollow pile pier can be prefabricated in a factory, the pier length can be controlled precisely, the bearing ability of the pier is improved, the concrete hollow pile pier is connected with the base bearing platform through using the flange discs and an insert core reinforcing cage and casting concrete in place, the connecting intensity of the pier can be guaranteed, and the stability thereof is improved.

Abstract: The invention relates to a bag bottom expanding rigid-flexible combined pile. The bag bottom expanding rigid-flexible combined pile is formed by connecting the following prefabricated pipe piles including a TSC (prestress concrete thin wall concrete) pile, a PRC (prestress reinforcement concrete) pile and a PHC (prestress high-strength concrete) pile from top to bottom. The bottom end of the PHC pile is provided with a pile bottom expander packed by a bag; the inside of the prefabricated pipe piles is provided with a grouting duct; both ends of every pile is provided with perforated pipe pile joints, and the side wall of the pile at the bottom is provided with a grout outlet; the outside of the combined pile is packed by surrounding cemented soil. According to the bag bottom expanding rigid-flexible combined pile, based on the law of horizontal load bearing of the pile bodies inside soil, the prefabricated pipe piles with the anti-bending and anti-shearing performance gradually improved, which are connected in a combined mode, are sequentially planted inside the cemented soil, and the expanded is grouted after the bag with stable characteristics is set to improve the vertical bearing capacity of the piles, so that relatively higher technical and economical benefits can be obtained. The invention also discloses a construction method of the bag bottom expanding rigid-flexible combined pile.

The production line is characterized by comprising a whole production workshop formed by a left area, a middle area and a right area, wherein from the front part to the back part of the workshop, the left area is sequentially provided with a blending floor, an end plate processing area, a steel reinforcement cage, an end plate assembling area and a steel reinforcement cage roll welding area, the middle area is sequentially provided with a concrete spreading area, a cage loading area, an oil spraying pool, a die-cleaning pool, a die-detaching area, and a steel rod precisely cutting and heading area, and the right area is sequentially provided with a tensioning area, a centrifugal molding area, a steaming area, a pipe pile expanding area, a product inspection and code-spraying identifier area, a to-be-high pressure steamed semi-finished pipe pile storing area and a high pressure kettle-entering transition carriage pit. The steel cylinder type foundation structure is characterized by comprising an upper steel cylinder, a steel cover plate, a lower steel cylinder and shifting boards, wherein the upper steel cylinder is fixedly connected with the steel cover plate; the steel cover plate is fixedly connected with the lower steel cylinder, an inner steel cylinder is arranged in the lower steel cylinder, a plurality of steel compartment are formed between the lower steel cylinder and the inner steel cylinder by division of the shifting boards, and reserved holes are formed in the steel cover plate. The steel cylinder type foundation structure disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that compared with the prior art, complete onshore control can be realized, the offshore operation time of a foundation of the offshore wind turbine is reduced, the advantage of a caisson cylinder structure which is suitable for a soft foundation without foundation reinforcement treatment and the construction technology of the caisson cylinder structure which sinks by negative pressure after being vacuumed are fully utilized, the defects that a concrete structure is easy to crack and is poor in durability are overcome, and the whole rigidity and the stability of the structure are increased.

Abstract: The invention discloses a damage-controllable self-resetting section prefabricated assembled steel pipe concrete bridge pier and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the field of bridge engineering. An exposed node connecting piece consists of a foot plate, anchor bolts, end connecting plates and buckling restraining sleeves. A connecting plate is mounted between prefabricated steel pipe concrete sections through high-strength bolts; the exposed node connecting piece is connected with each of a cover beam and a bearing platform by utilizing the anchor bolts, and is connected with a prefabricated steel pipe concrete section through the high-strength bolts relying on the end connecting plates. A pre-stressed tendon penetrates through a section prefabricated steel pipe concrete pier; the two ends of the pre-stressed tendon are respectively anchored to the interiors of the bearing platform and the cover beam by using anchorage devices. The energy consumption-controllable self-resetting section prefabricated assembled steel pipe concrete bridge pier disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of small post-seismic residual displacement, high energy consumption capacity, controllable energy consumption, high assembling degree, convenience and quickness in construction process, greenness, high efficiency, energy conservation, environment friendliness, easiness in factory production, convenience and quickness in construction, and the like; the construction period of the pier can be remarkably shortened.
