Abstract: The invention relates to a movable steel platform for offshore construction work. The movable steel platform is characterized by comprising a platform steel plate, steel vertical columns, trusses and caisson cylinders; the steel vertical columns are connected with the top ends of the caisson cylinders at the lower portions; the connecting trusses are arranged between the steel vertical columns; the platform steel plate is arranged at the top ends of the steel vertical columns and the trusses; reserved holes are formed in the top ends of the caisson cylinders. The movable steel platform has the beneficial effects that compared with the prior art, the movable steel platform can be completely prefabricated on land, offshore splicing work time is shortened, and the movable steel platform is not affected by wind waves in the construction work process; the vacuumizing negative pressure sinking construction process of the caisson cylinder structure is fully utilized, and the purposes of convenient and quick installation and movement are achieved; the installation efficiency is improved, and the manufacturing cost of the movable steel platform is reduced.

Abstract: The invention relates to a rotary-type overwater piling guide frame which comprises a positioning pile. The rotary-type overwater piling guide frame is characterized in that a positioning pile upper layer flange plate is fixedly connected to the upper end of the positioning pile; a positioning pile lower layer flange plate is fixedly connected to the lower end of the positioning pile; an upper layer guide frame base and a lower layer guide frame base are fixedly connected to the positioning pile upper layer flange plate and the positioning pile lower layer flange plate respectively; upper layer guide frame base bolt holes and lower layer guide frame base bolt holes are formed in the upper surface of the upper layer guide frame base and the upper surface of the lower layer guide frame base respectively; an upper layer guide frame outward telescoping mechanism and a lower layer guide frame outward telescoping mechanism are fixed to the upper layer guide frame base and the lower layer guide frame base through bolts respectively. The process comprises the steps that 1, the rotary-type overwater piling guide frames are installed in the central positions of pile groups to serve as an operating platform and a measuring platform, and the plane position, the inclination and the elevation of foundation piles can be made to be adjusted through the rotary-type overwater piling guide frames; and 2, pile-sinking construction is conducted on the foundation piles by hoisting pile hammers through full-circle slewing hoisting equipment, the telescopic distance and the rotation angle of the piling guide frames are adjusted, and hence pile group constructing can be conducted. The rotary-type overwater piling guide frame and the process have the beneficial effects that accurate positioning of the foundation piles can be achieved, inclined piles of arbitrary radius and angle are piled, and all pile group foundations are piled through ship lingering at a time.

The wall pile framework structure has the beneficial effects that a hydraulic structure adopts the wall pile framework structure and has the advantages of strong adaptability, high member prefabrication degree and simplicity and convenience in construction of a traditional pile type structure; meanwhile, the disadvantages that the durability of the pile type structure is poor and the bearing capability is low are overcome. Compared with a gravity type structure, the wall pile framework structure has the advantage of strong foundation adaptability. Compared with an inclined slope type structure, the wall pile framework structure uses less gravel amount and is particularly suitable for coastal sludge foundation coasts of China, such as Tianjin and Shanghai areas. The wall pile framework structure can be used as a main body structure of a bulwark, a reclamation dam, a wharf and shore protection engineering.

The industrial factory building framework structure has the beneficial effects that the prefabricated concrete posts can realize the prefabricated production in factories, the quality of the posts is stable and reliable, the posts and the foundation are connected through the flanges, the connecting intensity of the prefabricated concrete posts can be ensured, and the construction period can be greatly reduced.

Abstract: The invention discloses a damage-controllable self-resetting section prefabricated assembled steel pipe concrete bridge pier and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the field of bridge engineering. An exposed node connecting piece consists of a foot plate, anchor bolts, end connecting plates and buckling restraining sleeves. A connecting plate is mounted between prefabricated steel pipe concrete sections through high-strength bolts; the exposed node connecting piece is connected with each of a cover beam and a bearing platform by utilizing the anchor bolts, and is connected with a prefabricated steel pipe concrete section through the high-strength bolts relying on the end connecting plates. A pre-stressed tendon penetrates through a section prefabricated steel pipe concrete pier; the two ends of the pre-stressed tendon are respectively anchored to the interiors of the bearing platform and the cover beam by using anchorage devices. The energy consumption-controllable self-resetting section prefabricated assembled steel pipe concrete bridge pier disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of small post-seismic residual displacement, high energy consumption capacity, controllable energy consumption, high assembling degree, convenience and quickness in construction process, greenness, high efficiency, energy conservation, environment friendliness, easiness in factory production, convenience and quickness in construction, and the like; the construction period of the pier can be remarkably shortened.

The bottom end of the PHC pile is provided with a pile bottom expander packed by a bag; the inside of the prefabricated pipe piles is provided with a grouting duct; both ends of every pile is provided with perforated pipe pile joints, and the side wall of the pile at the bottom is provided with a grout outlet; the outside of the combined pile is packed by surrounding cemented soil. According to the bag bottom expanding rigid-flexible combined pile, based on the law of horizontal load bearing of the pile bodies inside soil, the prefabricated pipe piles with the anti-bending and anti-shearing performance gradually improved, which are connected in a combined mode, are sequentially planted inside the cemented soil, and the expanded is grouted after the bag with stable characteristics is set to improve the vertical bearing capacity of the piles, so that relatively higher technical and economical benefits can be obtained. The invention also discloses a construction method of the bag bottom expanding rigid-flexible combined pile.
