Growth and optical properties of a promising Deep-ultraviolet birefringent crystal Ba2Mg(BO3)2
Xianshun Lv,Ping Wang,Huajian Yu,Yanyan Hu,Huadi Zhang,Chengcheng Qiu,Jing Li,Xuping Wang,Bing Liu,Yuanyuan Zhang +9 more
TL;DR: A colorless crystal of Ba2Mg(BO3)2 about 37 × 25 × 17 mm3 has been grown successfully by the Kyropoulos method as discussed by the authors, which exhibits a low UV cutoff of 187 nm and high transmittance below 3000 nm.
Journal ArticleDOI
Temperature tunable lasers with disordered Nd:ABC3O7 crystals
Yuanyuan Zhang,Jueru Li,Yanyan Hu,Huadi Zhang,Chengcheng Qiu,Cong Zhang,Xuping Wang,Bing Liu,Yuguo Yang,Xianshun Lv +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented the continuous-wave (CW) and passively Q-switched laser operation of disordered Nd:ABC3O7 crystals including nd:SrLaGa3O 7, Nd;SrGdGa3 O7, and NdBaLaGa 3O7, which achieved 3.88 W under an absorbed pump power of 29.01 W.
Journal ArticleDOI
Luminescent properties of Y3Al5O12:Ce3+ phosphor-in-glass for WLEDs
Yuguo Yang,Fengnian Wu,Huajian Yu,Yanyan Hu,Chengcheng Qiu,Jing Li,Huadi Zhang,Xuping Wang,Lei Wei,Bing Liu +9 more
TL;DR: YAG:Ce3+ phosphor-in-glass slices were fabricated and their potential applications in light emitting diodes were investigated in this article, where the optical properties of the fabricated glass slices show obvious dependence on the thicknesses and the contents YAG:ce3+, phosphor powder in glass slices.
Journal ArticleDOI
Energy-Transfer-Induced Tunable Luminescence in Mg 2 Al 4 Si 5 O 12 :Ce 3+ /Dy 3+ Phosphors
Yuguo Yang,Jian-Jun Sun,Chengcheng Qiu,Rui Zhang,Yuanyuan Zhang,Qing-Gang Li,Xuping Wang,Bing Liu,Xianshun Lv,Lei Wei +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, x-ray powder diffraction analysis demonstrated that Ce3+/Dy3+ ions entered the Mg2Al4Si5O18 host and formed a solid solution.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and characterization of CuFeS 2 and Se doped CuFeS 2−x Se x nanoparticles
Huajian Yu,Jianhua Xu,Yanyan Hu,Huadi Zhang,Cong Zhang,Chengcheng Qiu,Xuping Wang,Bing Liu,Lei Wei,Jing Li +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of Se-doping on grain size, structure, morphology and energy gap of chalcopyrite nanoparticles was explored by XRD, FTIR, BET, SEM and DRUVS.
