TL;DR: The genome sequence reveals that the severe acute respiratory syndrome–associated coronavirus known as the Tor2 isolate is only moderately related to other known coronaviruses, andylogenetic analysis of the predicted viral proteins indicates that the virus does not closely resemble any of the three previously known groups of coronavirs.

Encoding of a homolog of the IFN-gamma receptor by myxoma virus.
TL;DR: The major secreted protein from cells infected with myxoma virus is encoded by the M-T7 open reading frame, which has significant sequence similarity to the human and mouse receptors for interferon-gamma (IFN-Gamma) and inhibits the biological activity of extracellular IFN-gammas.
