Journal ArticleDOI
Microreactor Chemical Bath Deposition of Laterally Graded Cd1–xZnxS Thin Films: A Route to High-Throughput Optimization for Photovoltaic Buffer Layers
Kevin M. McPeak,Borirak Opasanont,Tomohiro Shibata,Tomohiro Shibata,Dong Kyun Ko,Matthew A. Becker,Soma Chattopadhyay,Soma Chattopadhyay,Holt P. Bui,Thomas P. Beebe,Bruce A. Bunker,Christopher B. Murray,Jason B. Baxter +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, a continuous flow microreactor was used to explore a wide variety of deposition conditions on a single substrate using spatially dependent characterization, showing that the film is a mixture of nanocrystalline CdZnS and amorphous Zn(O,OH,S).
Journal ArticleDOI
Characterization of Shape and Monodispersity of Anisotropic Nanocrystals through Atomistic X-ray Scattering Simulation
Thomas R. Gordon,Benjamin T. Diroll,Taejong Paik,Vicky V. T. Doan-Nguyen,E. Ashley Gaulding,Christopher B. Murray +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors describe how X-ray scattering patterns in conjunction with Debye formula simulations can be used to provide accurate atomisitic models for ensembles of anisotropic nanocrystals to complement and extend microscopic studies.
Journal ArticleDOI
X-ray mapping of nanoparticle superlattice thin films.
Benjamin T. Diroll,Vicky V. T. Doan-Nguyen,Matteo Cargnello,E. Ashley Gaulding,Cherie R. Kagan,Christopher B. Murray +5 more
TL;DR: This study provides a framework for characterization of nanoparticle superlattices over large areas which complements or expands microstructure information from real-space imaging.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ignition and extinguishing characteristics of Cs‐Ba tacitron
TL;DR: In this article, the operation characteristics of the Cs−Ba tacitron as a switch are investigated experimentally in three modes: (a) breakdown mode, (b) I•V mode, and (c) current modulation mode.
Journal ArticleDOI
Air-Stable CuInSe2 Nanocrystal Transistors and Circuits via Post-Deposition Cation Exchange.
Han Wang,Derrick Butler,Daniel B. Straus,Nuri Oh,Fengkai Wu,Jiacen Guo,Kun Xue,Jennifer D. Lee,Christopher B. Murray,Cherie R. Kagan +9 more
TL;DR: The CuInSe2 NC FETs are used as building blocks of integrated inverters to demonstrate their promise for low-cost, low-toxicity NC circuits.
