Robustness of regional pole placement for uncertain continuous-time implicit systems
Chun-Hsiung Fang,Li Lee +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, sufficient conditions are proposed to guarantee robust pole location inside some specified regions for linear uncertain implicit systems, where robustness of stability and regularity and freedom of impulse as well should be simultaneously considered simultaneously.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of the Ti-target arc current on the properties of Ti-doped ZnO thin films prepared by dual-target cathodic arc plasma deposition
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of the arc current of the Ti target (30, 40, 50 and 60 A) on structural, optical and electrical properties of the deposited films was investigated.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Regional pole-clustering robustness for uncertain generalized state-space systems
Li Lee,Chun-Hsiung Fang +1 more
TL;DR: A simple approach is presented to investigate the robustness of pole-clustering in specified regions for generalized state-space systems with structured uncertainties and the obtained results are less conservative than the existing ones.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Quantitative Coronary Analysis Medical Image Processing Improved by Combining Wavelet Edge Detection and Segmentation
TL;DR: A precision 2-D image processing method that combines gradient segmentation and region segmentation approaches with an entropy maximization procedure that has many interesting applications that shall be most useful in medical practices is presented.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
An improved LMI-based D-stability condition for polytopic uncertain systems
TL;DR: In this paper, a less conservative condition for robust D-stability of linear systems with polytopic uncertainties is proposed, which can be easily attested by means of a feasibility test of a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) involving only the vertices of the polytope.
