Abstract: An ion exchange membrane regeneration system according to the present invention comprises: a positive electrode cell comprising a positive electrode solution for supplying electrons; a negative electrode cell comprising a negative electrode solution for receiving the electrons; and a cation exchange membrane and an anion exchange membrane positioned between the positive electrode cell and the negative electrode cell to alternately form a flow path. By supplying an aqueous sodium chloride solution to each flow path to regenerate the cation exchange membrane or the anion exchange membrane, reverse electrodialysis or electrodialysis can be performed with high efficiency for a long time.
