Magnetic properties of n-type Cu-doped ZnO thin films

TL;DR: In this article, a series of n-type Zn1−xCuxO (x=0.02, 0.10, and 0.12) films was prepared using direct current reactive magnetron sputtering.
Journal ArticleDOI

Coexistence of reentrant-spin-glass and ferromagnetic martensitic phases in the Mn2Ni1.6Sn0.4 Heusler alloy

TL;DR: A giant exchange bias field of up to 1170 Oe was observed in the Mn2Ni1.6Sn 0.4 Heusler alloy as discussed by the authors, where a reentrant spin glass phase and a ferromagnetic martensitic phase coexist below the blocking temperature as confirmed by dc magnetization and ac susceptibility measurements.
Journal ArticleDOI

Room-temperature ferromagnetism in n-type Cu-doped ZnO thin films

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of n-type Cu-doped ZnO thin films were prepared by magnetron sputtering and the Curie temperature about 360 K was observed for Zn0.95Cu0.05O:N film.
Journal ArticleDOI

Room temperature ferromagnetism in Ni-doped ZnO films

TL;DR: In this article, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results reveal that the Ni ion is in a +2 charge state in these films, indicating that room temperature ferromagnetism is correlated with the oxygen vacancy level.
Journal ArticleDOI

Polymorphic magnetization and local ferromagnetic structure in Co-doped Mn2NiGa alloys

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of the exchange interaction have been investigated based on the corresponding atomic configuration generated by the occupation selectivity of the doped Co atoms, and it has been indicated that the interatomic distance plays a critical role in producing the local ferromagnetic structure.
