Abstract: Disclosed are fermented feeds for livestock farming with lactic acid bacteria and yeast and a method for preparation thereof. More particularly, the present invention provides fermented feeds for livestock farming prepared by using lactic acid bacteria and yeast which can survive even at high temperature and under low pH and a method for preparing the same. When using the fermented feeds of the present invention in livestock applications such as raising cattle on feed or dairy cows, pork farming or chicken farming, etc., a plurality of advantages can be realized in that the fermented feeds can increase weight of livestock, reduce feeding amount, provide protection from diarrhea, etc. and they are effective to produce high quality meat and improve environment of livestock barns, thereby greatly contributing to income growth and environmental improvement of livestock farms. More importantly, the present invention can allow environmentally friendly bio-farming without requiring alternative antibiotic chemicals or growth promoting substances.

Abstract: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), one of the leading causes of death worldwide, is caused by repeated exposure to harmful matter, such as cigarette smoke. Although Lilium longiflorum Thunb (LLT) has anti-inflammatory effects, there is no report on the fermented LLT bulb extract regulating lung inflammation in COPD. Thus, we investigated the protective effect of LLT bulb extract fermented with Lactobacillus acidophilus 803 in COPD mouse models induced by cigarette smoke extract (CSE) and porcine pancreas elastase (PPE). Oral administration of the fermented product (LS803) suppressed the production of inflammatory mediators and the infiltration of immune cells involving neutrophils and macrophages, resulting in protective effects against lung damage. In addition, LS803 inhibited CSE- and LPS-induced IL-6 and IL-8 production in airway epithelial H292 cells as well as suppressed PMA-induced formation of neutrophil extracellular traps in HL-60 cells. In particular, LS803 significantly repressed the elevated IL-6 and MIP-2 production after CSE and LPS stimulation by suppressing the activity of the nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B (NFκB) in mouse peritoneal macrophages. Therefore, our results suggest that the fermented product LS803 is effective in preventing and alleviating lung inflammation.

The feed is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of corns, 10-12 parts of soybean residues, 10-12 parts of oat shells, 12-15 parts of clovers, 8-10 parts of ryegrass, 20-25 parts of extruded soybeans, 8-10 parts of dried carrots, 2-3 parts of zeolite powder, 6-8 parts of fried semen sesami nigrum, 4-5 parts of figs, 4-5 parts of towel gourd seeds, 1-2 parts of humifuse euphorbia herb, 1-2 parts of oblongleaf heterostemma, 2-3 parts of dried China roses, proper amount of table salt and 4-5 parts of a phagostimulant. The feed is abundant in types of raw materials and comprehensive in nutrition and balanced in nutrition. The particularly added fried semen sesami nigrum, figs, towel gourd seeds and various traditional Chinese medicine components can promote milk secretion, nurse the lactation system of the dairy cattle, increase the milk yield and improve the culture benefit, and the feed is free from any chemical medicine addition and hormone residues.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of feeds, enzymic preparations and microorganisms, and in particular relates to a preparation method of an acidified small-peptide protein feed. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing soybean meal, rice protein, wheat protein, potato protein and water; performing size mixing, sterilizing and cooling so as to prepare a fermentation broth; adding bacillus subtilis strain liquid and saccharomycetes strain liquid to the fermentation broth to perform aerobic fermentation and enzymolysis on the liquids; carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain small-peptide protein fluid and a protein solid content wet basis; concentrating small-peptide protein fluid to obtain small-peptide protein size; mixing the protein solid content wet basis, a protein feed, lactic acid bacteria strain liquid and microorganism protease; performing solid anaerobic fermentation and enzymolysis to obtain fermentation protein residue; absorbing and uniformly mixing the small-peptide protein size, the fermentation protein residue and lactic acid; and then drying. The acidified small-peptide protein feed is rich in small peptide, lactic acid, yeast protein, probiotics and other small molecular nutrients, and has the characteristics of being balanced in amino acid, high in nutrition, easy to digest, high in palatability, low in content of antinutritional factors, and the like.

Abstract: The invention provides a compound feed for finishing pigs and a preparation method thereof. The compound feed at least comprises following components in percentage by weight: 60 to 80% of wheat, 0 to 15% of corn, 1 to 5% of cotton seed meal, 1 to 5% of cabbage seed meal, 1 to 10% of full-fat wheat germs and 1 to 10% of full-fat rice bran. The compound feed for finishing pigs is capable of decreasing the harm of corn mycotoxin, increasing the health of the finishing pigs, reducing the feed cost and raising the economic efficiency of the swine breeders. The compound feed takes wheat as the main energy raw material and mixed meals as the sole protein raw material, and is an amino acid balanced compound feed for finishing pigs. The preparation method of the compound feed is also disclosed.
