Pt-modified carbon nanotube networked layers for enhanced gas microsensors
TL;DR: In this paper, surface modifications of the CNTs networks with sputtered Platinum (Pt) nanoclusters, at tuned loading of 8, 15 and 30 nm, provide higher sensitivity for significantly enhanced gas detection compared to undecorated CNT networks.
