TL;DR: Risks in carriers were higher when based on index breast cancer cases diagnosed at <35 years of age and for variation in risk by mutation position for both genes, and some evidence for a reduction in risk in women from earlier birth cohorts is found.

TL;DR: More than 1,000 somatic mutations found in 274 megabases of DNA corresponding to the coding exons of 518 protein kinase genes in 210 diverse human cancers reveal the evolutionary diversity of cancers and implicates a larger repertoire of cancer genes than previously anticipated.

TL;DR: This work shows that mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) is sequestered in polyglutamine aggregates in cell models, transgenic mice and human brains, and provides proof-of-principle for the potential of inducing autophagy to treat Huntington disease.
