Abstract: The invention discloses a damage-controllable self-resetting section prefabricated assembled steel pipe concrete bridge pier and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the field of bridge engineering. An exposed node connecting piece consists of a foot plate, anchor bolts, end connecting plates and buckling restraining sleeves. A connecting plate is mounted between prefabricated steel pipe concrete sections through high-strength bolts; the exposed node connecting piece is connected with each of a cover beam and a bearing platform by utilizing the anchor bolts, and is connected with a prefabricated steel pipe concrete section through the high-strength bolts relying on the end connecting plates. A pre-stressed tendon penetrates through a section prefabricated steel pipe concrete pier; the two ends of the pre-stressed tendon are respectively anchored to the interiors of the bearing platform and the cover beam by using anchorage devices. The energy consumption-controllable self-resetting section prefabricated assembled steel pipe concrete bridge pier disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of small post-seismic residual displacement, high energy consumption capacity, controllable energy consumption, high assembling degree, convenience and quickness in construction process, greenness, high efficiency, energy conservation, environment friendliness, easiness in factory production, convenience and quickness in construction, and the like; the construction period of the pier can be remarkably shortened.

The bolt connection-based rapid assembling precast rectangular concrete filled steel tube bridge pier comprises precast rectangular concrete filled steel tube sections, pre-buried nodes, connecting plates, high-strength bolts and core penetration bolts; each precast concrete filled steel tube section consists of a steel tube section, concrete, reserved core penetration bolt hole channels, reserved bolt holes, precast screw caps, a sealing material and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) tubes; each pre-buried node consists of a precast rectangular concrete filled steel tube section, a foot plate, outside-stiffened ribs and anchor bolts; bolt holes and core penetration bolt holes are formed in each connecting plate according to bolt design positions; adjacent precast concrete filled steel tube sections are connected with each other by the connecting plates, the high-strength bolts and the core penetration bolts. The precast segment assembled concrete filled steel tube bridge pier comprises joint embedded steel connecting parts, precast concrete filled steel tube segments, inter-segment connecting steel tubes and high-strength bolts, wherein each concrete filled steel tube segment comprises a concrete filled steel tube, inner stiffening ribs, reserved bolt holes and preset nuts; each joint embedded steel connecting part comprises an embedded steel tube, an end welding steel plate, inner stiffening ribs, outer stiffening ribs and reserved bolt holes; reserved bolt holes are formed in the two ends of each inter-segment connecting steel tube; the precast concrete filled steel tube segments are connected through the reserved bolt holes by depending on the inter-segment connecting steel tubes and adopting the high-strength bolts; and the precast concrete filled steel tube segments are connected with an upper bent cap and a lower bearing platform through the joint embedded steel connecting parts by adopting the high-strength bolts. Abstract: The invention discloses a steel sleeve prefabricated assembly type pier with shear nails. The pier comprises a pier column 1 and a bearing platform 2. A steel sleeve 3 with the shear nails is connected with the bearing platform 2 and the pier column 1. The shear nails 4 on the part, connected with the pier column 1, of the steel sleeve are arranged on the inner side of the steel sleeve, and the shear nails 5 on the part, located in the bearing platform, of the steel sleeve are arranged on the outer side of the steel sleeve. Longitudinal ribs 6 embedded in a pier body are inserted into the part, located in the bearing platform 2, of the steel sleeve. The longitudinal ribs 6 and L-shaped rebars 8 are poured together, and an upsetting head 7 is reserved at the end, located in the bearing platform 2, of each L-shaped rebar 8. The steel sleeve with the shear nails is adopted for connecting the pier column and the bearing platform, a plastic hinge zone is wrapped with the steel sleeve in advance, the earthquake damage that a large amount of surface layer concrete peels off can be avoided, and the normal using performance can be restored through a little restoration work after earthquakes.

The concrete-filled steel tube assembling pier comprises a pier base, a prefabricating concrete-filled steel tube section, one or more concrete-filled steel tube middle sections and a prefabricating concrete-filled steel tube top section, wherein the pier base is fixedly connected with the prefabricating concrete-filled steel tube section through bottom anchoring bolts arranged on the pier base; the prefabricating concrete-filled steel tube section is fixedly connected with the concrete-filled steel tube middle sections through connecting units; every two concrete-filled steel tube middle sections are fixedly connected through the connecting units; and the concrete-filled steel tube middle sections are fixedly connected with the concrete-filled steel tube top section through the connecting units. According to the concrete-filled steel tube splicing pier disclosed by the invention, each part of assemblies is simple in structure, so that a plant can be convenient to prefabricate, and on-spot splicing is also convenient; the construction operation speed is increased, and on-spot operation strength can also be effectively reduced. Abstract: The invention discloses a quick connection method for prefabricated steel pipe constraint type steel concrete pier columns and a cover beam. The method comprises the steps that when the steel concrete cover beam is prefabricated, reserved holes used for connecting the two elements are formed in the portions, corresponding to the pier columns, of the steel concrete cover beam; at the bottom interfaces of the steel pipe constraint type steel concrete pier columns and the cover beam, profile steel flange plates extend to the positions under stressed reinforcing steel bars arranged at the top of the cover beam, steel pipes at the peripheries of the pier columns do not extend, and steel bars connected with the cover beam need to be embedded in stand column sections at the top ends of the pier columns, wherein the anchorage length of the steel bars and the depth that the steel bars are embedded into the cover beam need to meet the related bridge design specification construction requirements; transverse steel bars are arranged in profile steel flange plate anchorage holes formed in the reserved holes of the cover beam in a penetrating mode and connected together with the steel bars arranged at the peripheries of the reserved holes of the cover beam, and concrete is poured in the reserved holes.
