TL;DR: In this paper, a 2x2 degree "dark spot" near the North Galactic Pole was selected as the least intensity at 3.5 microns after a zodiacal light model was subtracted from the all-sky maps generated by the Diffuse InfraRed Background Experiment (DIRBE).

TL;DR: A measurement of the anisotropy power spectrum from subarcminute to one-degree angular scales is reported, and it is found that the measured power spectrum can be explained by an intrahalo light fraction relative to the total luminosity in dark-matter haloes at redshifts of about 1 to 4.2 per cent.
