Journal ArticleDOI

Mn 3s exchange splitting in mixed-valence manganites.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented Mn $3s$ x-ray photoelectron spectra of manganese oxides with the Mn formal valency from $2+$ to $4+.
Journal ArticleDOI

Probing the Intrinsic Thermal and Photochemical Stability of Hybrid and Inorganic Lead Halide Perovskites

TL;DR: It is shown that the most common hybrid materials are intrinsically unstable with respect to the heat- and light-induced stress and can hardly sustain the real solar cell operation conditions, and the cesium-based all-inorganic complex lead halides revealed far superior stability provide an impetus for creation of highly efficient and stable perovskite solar cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Oxygen-vacancy-induced ferromagnetism in undoped SnO 2 thin films

TL;DR: In this paper, it is shown that doping a transition metal plays a key role in inducing magnetism in dilated magnetic semiconductors (DMSOs) and that oxidesemiconductors having a wide band gap are optically trans-parent for visible light and thus important for spin-dependent optoelectronics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Oxygen x-ray emission and absorption spectra as a probe of the electronic structure of strongly correlated oxides

TL;DR: In this article, a comparison of oxygen x-ray emission and absorption spectra to valence band photoemission and bremsstrahlung isochromat spectra is made.
