Journal ArticleDOI
Effects of Hexamethylenetetramine on the Nucleation and Radial Growth of ZnO Nanowires by Chemical Bath Deposition
Romain Parize,Jérôme Garnier,Odette Chaix-Pluchery,Claire Verrier,Estelle Appert,Vincent Consonni +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the role of hexamethylenetetetramine (HMTA) in the growth of ZnO nanowires is investigated through a large number of nonequimolar CBDs over a broad range of chemical precursor concentrations and ratios.
Journal ArticleDOI
Critical Nucleation Effects on the Structural Relationship Between ZnO Seed Layer and Nanowires
Sophie Guillemin,Sophie Guillemin,Vincent Consonni,Estelle Appert,Etienne Puyoo,Laetitia Rapenne,Hervé Roussel +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the structural properties of ZnO nanowires grown by chemical bath deposition were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction measurements, and it was shown that the vertical alignment of the seed layer was improved by strengthening the texture along the c axis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Selective area growth of well-ordered ZnO nanowire arrays with controllable polarity.
Vincent Consonni,Vincent Consonni,Eirini Sarigiannidou,Eirini Sarigiannidou,Estelle Appert,Estelle Appert,Amandine Bocheux,Sophie Guillemin,Sophie Guillemin,Fabrice Donatini,Fabrice Donatini,Ivan-Christophe Robin,Joseph Kioseoglou,Florence Robaut +13 more
TL;DR: These findings open the way to the ultimate fabrication of well-organized heterostructures made from ZnO nanowires, which can act as building blocks in a large number of electronic, optoelectronic, and photovoltaic devices.
Journal ArticleDOI
In situ analysis of the crystallization process of Sb2S3 thin films by Raman scattering and X-ray diffraction
Romain Parize,Thomas Cossuet,Odette Chaix-Pluchery,Hervé Roussel,Estelle Appert,Vincent Consonni +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, in situ Raman scattering at very low laser power with in situ X-ray diffraction over a broad range of annealing temperatures and durations under N2 atmosphere to elucidate its crystallization process on anatase-TiO2 layers.
Journal ArticleDOI
ZnO/CuCrO2 Core–Shell Nanowire Heterostructures for Self‐Powered UV Photodetectors with Fast Response
Thomas Cossuet,Joao Resende,Joao Resende,Laetitia Rapenne,Odette Chaix-Pluchery,Carmen Jiménez,Gilles Renou,Andrew J. Pearson,Robert L. Z. Hoye,D. Blanc-Pélissier,Ngoc Duy Nguyen,Estelle Appert,David Muñoz-Rojas,Vincent Consonni,Jean-Luc Deschanvres +14 more
