TL;DR: There appears to be a relationship between the use of GP IIb/IIIa antagonists with clopidogrel loading and attenuation of early inflammatory and cardiac marker release, and current standard long‐term antiplatelet strategies may be insufficient.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reducing myocardial injury by minimizing imbalance between oxygen supply and demand.
TL;DR: It is concluded that the hemodynamic status and neurohumoral background at the time of coronary occlusion and for at least 3 hr thereafter can alter the extent and severity of myocardial ischemic injury and myocardia necrosis.
