With the rapid development of logistics park, how to evaluate and optimize the ecological efficiency of logistics park to achieve its sustainable development has become a concern of academia. In order to achieve this goal, this paper puts forward a method based on emergy, which processes the data in a unified dimension. By constructing the ecological efficiency evaluation model of logistics park, it quantitatively evaluates the ecological efficiency of logistics park, and analyzes the correlation between various factors and ecological efficiency. The application results of H logistics park show that fuel oil, information technology, net profit, and waste gas are closely related to the ecological efficiency of logistics park, and the correlation coefficients are 0.8248, −0.6949, 0.8544, and 0.7661, respectively. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the ecological efficiency of the logistics park. This paper provides theoretical and methodological support for the evaluation and optimization of the ecological efficiency of the logistics park.

Sustainable Functioning of a Logistic Industrial Park as a Factor of Economic Security of the Region

The article is devoted to the issues of development of the consumer sphere of goods and services in regional economy and to the possibilities of increase of the consumer market’s competitiveness in the conditions of economy’s globalization and growth of territorial competition. It is considered that the consumer sphere of goods and services in middle-sized regions of Russia develops with insufficient intensity. Thus, it is necessary to develop the measures of state stimulation and regulation of the consumer market’s development. As a result of research, the problems of development of the regional consumer complex are determined and the system of measures of state support for development of the consumer sphere of goods and services in a region is offered.

Analysis and Problems of Development of Regional Consumer Complex

The purpose of the study is to develop a method for the formation of a competitive strategy for a transport and logistics company. The study found that the existing classifications of the competitive advantages of transport and logistics companies do not contain a number of important classification features that characterize their length in time, the degree of complexity and sustainability, and also do not take into account some sources of competitive advantages. The result of the study is the obtained method for monitoring the process of forming a competitive strategy for a transport and logistics company, which is based on an analysis of the macro and microenvironment and the choice of appropriate research tools on the basis of the structural-logical filtering of external and internal factors. 

Formation of a competitive development strategy for a transport and logistics company

Modern approaches to organization and management of an urban energy system deal with the optimal placement of charging stations for electric cars and other vehicles, that have dynamic charging while driving. The electric power flows are allocated between the consumers and must be taken into account in logistics network model under study in order to ensure sustainable and stable generation of energy for the urban transportation. Integration of different functional areas into the process of power supply of electric vehicles allows to optimize the total expenses for the city transportation service. The energy aspects of functioning of logistics systems are directly related to the problems of environmental protection in cities and locations of energy sources concentration. The distribution and redistribution of the energy power flows are an urgent applied research task, which is emerging as a promising work in the field of design of deployment models of electric charging stations on the city road network. The elaboration of the suggested approaches involves traditional and modern management models, including the models for estimating the entropy of the logistics system. The entropic model consists of the calculation of parameters of adaptation of the type, structure and properties of the available charging stations on the city road network. Planning of placement and layouts of charging stations is carried out after the final stage in calculating the parameter of organization of functioning of the analyzed resource-supplying logistics network. The total result and planned economic parameters of the charging stations should be measured and controlled.

In regional commodity distribution systems, formed on the basis of transport and logistics clusters, business entities that are often united by the administrative decision of local authorities are in fact organizationally fragmented and therefore do not operate stably at a high risk of failure of the mission to service the transit material flow.

Modern approaches to development and management of passenger transportation include aspects of efficient electricity consumption in line with “open sky” concept, and intelligent logistics. Both scientific community and empiricists agree upon the importance of including intelligent models in management of studied systems and their elements as well as in forecasting their operational characteristics. Intelligence of these systems is defined by the existence of technical and technological solutions in the sphere of artificial intellect. Communication systems and networks provoke the dynamic evolution of transport and logistics practically in all directions which allows effectively managing power flows functioning in them. Models designed to calculate electricity consumption of trams and trolleys are based on the assumptions about passenger traffic being constant, which, in our view, needs correction and clarification. Rolling-stock control systems allow getting information about characteristic quantity in the regime of real-time and consequently form an adaptive transportation strategy for electric passenger transport. Academic and research approach to tackling this problem means to design forecast models of passenger traffic flows using artificial neural networks and based on them adaptive selection and adjustment of passenger capacity according to the respective dynamics. In the process of developing route descriptor, this gives a possibility of justified changes in interstation distance in case competition terms of providing interstation intervals of rolling-stock passenger service quality are observed.

Smart Management and Power Consumption Forecasting in Passenger Transport

The multifaceted nature, specificity and huge social importance of the country’s food security problem, one of the aspects of which is the formation of conditions for the production of quality food products, necessitates systematic studies aimed at observing the existing quality standards, starting from grass and fodder seeds, harvesting, storing, feeding animals, making products, transporting them, and up to the consumer basket. Current control systems at the individual technological stages of the production of feed, finished products at the manufacturing plant and incoming inspection in retail organizations no longer provide the required level of quality. To control the observance of established standards, the world practice has a positive experience of using the blockchain technology in some areas of activity, based on the transparency of the entire technological process of manufacturing products having numerous stages. In this work, we analyze the international and domestic practice of using the blockchain technology and explore the conceptual approaches to its use in the management of supply chains of dairy products. The using of the blockchain technology in the management of supply chain of dairy products will ensure the safety of data, protection of the repository of documents from hacking, eliminate the possibility of making changes in information on the progress of transportation, reduce delays in delivery, reduce the chance of unauthorized use of banned or unwanted ingredients, allow retailers and even consumers to browse the history of the product creation: to determine the dairy farm of origin, the dairy plant, the carrier, optimize delivery processes of raw materials and finished products from the producer to the consumer and reduce transport costs participants.
