TL;DR: Yield ratios for light particles and fragments with atomic number Z < or = 5 obey the exponential law of isotopic scaling, and deduced scaling parameters decrease strongly with increasing centrality to values smaller than 50% of those obtained for the peripheral event groups.
Journal ArticleDOI
Multifragmentation of a very heavy nuclear system (II): bulk properties and spinodal decomposition

TL;DR: In this paper, the properties of fragments and light charged particles emitted in multifragmentation of single sources formed in central 36-A MeV Gd+U collisions are reviewed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Politi,Elio Rosato,B. Tamain,E. Vient +36 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a charge and current sensitive preamplifier coupled to silicon detectors and devoted to studies in nuclear structure and dynamics has been developed and tested for the first time shapes of current pulses from light charged particles and carbon ions.
Journal ArticleDOI
