Junjie Qin,Yingrui Li,Zhiming Cai,Shenghui Li,Jianfeng Zhu,Fan Zhang,Suisha Liang,Wenwei Zhang,Yuanlin Guan,Dongqian Shen,Yangqing Peng,Dongya Zhang,Zhuye Jie,Wenxian Wu,Youwen Qin,Wenbin Xue,Junhua Li,Lingchuan Han,Donghui Lu,Peixian Wu,Yali Dai,Xiaojuan Sun,Zesong Li,Aifa Tang,Shilong Zhong,Xiaoping Li,Weineng Chen,Ran Xu,Mingbang Wang,Qiang Feng,Meihua Gong,Jing Yu,Yanyan Zhang,Ming Zhang,Torben Hansen,Gaston Sanchez,Jeroen Raes,Gwen Falony,Shujiro Okuda,Mathieu Almeida,Emmanuelle Le-chatelier,Pierre Renault,Nicolas Pons,Jean-Michel Batto,Zhaoxi Zhang,Hua Chen,Ruifu Yang,Wei-Mou Zheng,Songgang Li,Huanming Yang,Jian Wang,S. Dusko Ehrlich,Rasmus Nielsen,Oluf Pedersen,Oluf Pedersen,Karsten Kristiansen,Jun Wang +56 more
TL;DR: MGWAS analysis showed that patients with type 2 diabetes were characterized by a moderate degree of gut microbial dysbiosis, a decrease in the abundance of some universal butyrate-producing bacteria and an increase in various opportunistic pathogens, as well as an enrichment of other microbial functions conferring sulphate reduction and oxidative stress resistance.

TL;DR: The most comprehensive catalogue of cancer-associated gene alterations to date, obtained by characterizing tumour transcriptomes from 1,188 donors of the Pan-Cancer Analysis of Whole Genomes (PCAWG) Consortium of the International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC) and The Cancer Gome Atlas (TCGA) was presented in this article.
Journal ArticleDOI
Increased CD14 + HLA-DR -/low myeloid-derived suppressor cells correlate with extrathoracic metastasis and poor response to chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer patients
TL;DR: Results prove the existence of ROS-producing CD14+HLA-DR-/low myeloid-derived suppressor cells in NSCLC patients, which mediate tumor immunosuppression and might thus represent a potential target for therapeutic intervention.
Journal ArticleDOI
Comutations in DNA Damage Response Pathways Serve as Potential Biomarkers for Immune Checkpoint Blockade.
Zhijie Wang,Jing Zhao,Guoqiang Wang,Fan Zhang,Zemin Zhang,Yuzi Zhang,Hua Dong,Xiaochen Zhao,Jianchun Duan,Hua Bai,Yanhua Tian,Rui Wan,Miao Han,Yan Cao,Lei Xiong,Li Liu,Shuhang Wang,Shangli Cai,Tony Mok,Jie Wang +19 more
TL;DR: Identification of comutations in specific DDR pathways as predictors of superior survival outcomes in response to immune checkpoint blockade provide a clinically convenient approach for estimation of tumor mutational burden and delivery of ICB therapy.

The TIE1 Transcriptional Repressor Links TCP Transcription Factors with TOPLESS/TOPLESS-RELATED Corepressors and Modulates Leaf Development in Arabidopsis
Qing Tao,Dongshu Guo,Baoye Wei,Fan Zhang,Changxu Pang,Hao Jiang,Jinzhe Zhang,Tong Wei,Hongya Gu,Li-Jia Qu,Genji Qin +10 more
TL;DR: It is proposed that TIE1 regulates leaf size and morphology by inhibiting the activities of TCPs through recruiting the TPL/TPR corepressors to form a tertiary complex at early stages of leaf development.
