TL;DR: In this paper, a new evaluation method of the parameter measurement risk based on reliability design is presented, based on the Weight Estimation and reliability model, the calculated model of measurement risk probability is described.
Abstract: A new evaluation method of the parameter measurement risk based on reliability design is present in the paper. Based on the Weight Estimation and reliability model, the calculated model of measurement risk probability is described. The equipment’s measurement reliability and system’s reliability design are fully taken into account in this approach. It provides a theoretical support for the quantitative assessment of parameter measurement risk. And this modeling would be a helpful step to the performance valuation of measuring systems.
