Bivariate genome-wide linkage analysis for traits BMD and AAM: effect of menopause on linkage signals.

TL;DR: The results suggest that menopause introduces some noise signals into GWLAs when estimating the shared genetic factors by BMD and AAM, and it is very important to classify female subjects properly according to their menopausal stage when performing such studies.
Journal Article

Reduced nitric oxide in the rostral ventrolateral medulla enhances cardiac sympathetic afferent reflex in rats with chronic heart failure.

TL;DR: Results indicate that reductance of NO in the RVLM is involved in the augmentation of CSAR in CHF rats.
Journal ArticleDOI

Intraoperatively Detected But Previously Indocyanine Green-Negative Lymphatic Vessels May Have Misprized Potentials and Should Not Be Neglected in Lymphaticovenous Bypass Surgery.

TL;DR: It is believed that ICG-negative lymphatics found intraoperatively should be evaluated for additional LVAs in order to maximize drainage effect and might provide better outcomes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Yaw Stability Research of the Distributed Drive Electric Bus by Adaptive Fuzzy Sliding Mode Control

TL;DR: In this article , an adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control is proposed to execute direct yaw moment control in real time to reduce the instability caused by the coupling problem between the sideslip angle and yaw rate.
Journal ArticleDOI

Developing resilience for safety management systems in building repair and maintenance: A conceptual model

TL;DR: In this paper , a conceptual model of developing resilience for safety management systems of building repair and maintenance companies is proposed. But, the model is based on a literature review, integration of relevant theories and logical reasoning, and the conceptual model describes conceptualisation and development of the resilience for SMSs.
