Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze and calculate the effect of servant leadership on the sales performance of the pharmaceutical industry, while the indicators of servant leadership are listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, foresight, conceptualization, stewardship, commitment, community. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational analysis techniques, Data processing analysis uses SmartPLS software, the subject of this research is the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia, the sample used is 282 sales managers. The sampling technique used by researchers is Probability Sampling, namely by using Simple Random Sampling. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, university image, student satisfaction on student loyalty, to analyze the effect of student satisfaction on student loyalty in private universities in Indonesia. The research was conducted on 100 private university students. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative method, namely a method that aims to collect data with a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is the structural equation modeling (SEM) SmartPLS program. The results of this study concluded that service quality has a significant effect on student loyalty; Student satisfaction has a significant effect on student loyalty; Student satisfaction has a significant effect on student loyalty. The implication that can be given from this research is to increase student loyalty by improving the quality of service by improving aspects of tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance. Student loyalty can also be increased by increasing student satisfaction during learning. Student loyalty can be increased by improving service quality, satisfaction and image.

Abstract: This study aims to identify and explain the economic creativity model for Single Parent. The research approach uses the Basic qualitative research approach. The sampling technique used snowball sampling and observation by interviewing 26 key informants who live in the villages of Muara Kumpeh, Pudak, Kasang Pudak, Lopak Alai and Sumber Jaya, namely member villages of PUDAK Sandang Pangan Terpadu (PUDAK SAPADU). The data analysis tool uses ATLAS.ti software (CAQDAS / Computer-Aided Qualitative Data Analysis Software program). The results of the study determine that the integrative hybrid model is a single parent creative economic empowerment pattern. The results of the analysis found that the creative pattern of the single parent economy has three models, namely new businesses, single parent businesses and millennial businesses. The research implications of limited capital, ability, and level of education are taken into consideration by single parents in determining business patterns.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality toward school performance. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 200 teachers at school in Banten. The results of data analysis show e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality significantly influence school performance. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality variables on school performance.

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills towards teachers’ innovation capability in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) which was mediated by an organizational learning and to measure the effect of teachers’ innovation capability towards their performance. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 676 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research concluded that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on the capability of teachers’ innovation, both directly and indirectly through mediation of the organizational learning. As well as the capability of teachers’ innovation has a positive and significant effect on their performance. This new research proposed a model for building innovation capability and teachers’ performance among teachers in Jabodetabek through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with the organizational learning as a mediator. This research can pave the way to improve teachers’ readiness in facing the education era 4.0.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of ecology leadership, servant leadersship and digital leadership toward universities performance. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 222 lectures of universities in Banten. The results of data analysis show that servant leadership, digital leadership and ecological Leadership significantly influence universities performance. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with servant, digital and ecology variables on universities performance.
